@@granjadelsur3935 Maybe it depends na din sa environment. Sa school kasi hindi lang magulang/lolo't lola nakabantay pati teachers. Syempre ibang bansa, iba rin talaga pananaw. Baka may mga bad experience na rin sa kanila kaya hindi na maganda sa kanila yung ganitong events. Sa 'tin kasi if done in schools it is intended for learning/socializing and showing talents and skills. I don't know pero I grew up with too many school events when I was in elementary and I do like those like field days. May mga labanan din ng muse at escort per section. I think those are memorable precious times specially for the kids same as when I was a child.

Hi Jelena hope everything is well for you and the kids. So happy to see your daughter attending this school program event and doing her best to fit in with her school mates. Filipino children are very shy especially when you re of a different race but deep inside in them they're very friendly and respectful. There's also a language barrier between them where communication is sometimes difficult but your humble daugther i know for sure will learn to practice visaya later on. Emma was very excited about the event and she's tall especially with the Filipino kid escorting her, he was short. But it was great for her I could see her enjoying being a princess. I missed the dance though, she blended well from the crowd, I would imagine being tall and blond hair she stands out but that's not the case. I'm just happy for her that she enjoyed it so she could build good and beautiful memories growing up in the Philippines. Peace and blessings
