Always reminisce about the extraordinary day of December 8, 2021. Philippines were different. The Marines were pleased that there wasn't a beach defense...as they had feared. However the Japanese had learned. Withdrawal inland....stay away from those battleships hitting shore installations. Draw them into urban fighting. Which they did. And soon our military found not jungle fighting as much as house to house with alot if Philippines people and captured POW's liberated. There is film. Especially the fight at the baseball field. Dug outs had machine guns...in the stands... snipers. Took tanks and menn with rifle's and Boots. But Japanese had nowhere to go.Few surrendered.

Question is, what is #Taiwan doing next? If #India and #VietNam are improving their military in various ways since they're both direct land neighbors to #CCPChina, what is #Taiwan doing? #Taiwan better not repeat how the Republic of #VietNam (i.e. South #VietNam) and Islamic Republic of Afghanistan fell with the leaders of both countries went into exile before the majority of the populace. On the other hand, #Taiwan should work more on improving relations with other neighboring countries in addition to #Japan and South #Korea (#ROK) especially with #ASEAN member states such as #VietNam and the #Philippines most notably (resolving maritime border conflicts, etc.) with upgrading #Taiwan's New Southbound policy to also include resolving any border conflicts with #Taiwan.

In China if you use a VPN and get caught you will be sent to prison😂🤣Taiwan's GDP per capita is MUCH higher than China's. Every one in China is fleeing to Taiwan, not the other way around🤣Now that China's economy is collapsing, Chinese people are fleeing by the tens of millions. Even the U.S. border patrol has noticed a 700% increase in Chinese nationals crossing the Mexican border into the U.S. Chinese people are paying 10-15k USD to Mexican drug cartels just to cross them into the U.S. and taste some of that democratic freedom. Nobody is moving from the U.S. to China. All the foreigners left China and never came back😂
