Game management is treated as unimportant, while guys like Stafford, Baker, Jackson, and Allen often have problems just managing the game. They might have higher "highs" but also lower "lows" in their careers because of poor game management. Being a good game manager is more critical for NFL quarterbacking than gunslinging. The best QBs can do both. That's why Mahomes is better than everyone else, even though his stats are down this year.

All he does is read passer ratings off graphics when evaluating QBs. And gets in his feelings over Brock Purdy or Lamar. Brou is always good during basketball season. But if it’s football season, Brou just can’t hang with Nick. The show does a good job of letting Brou do his “sandwich and soda pop” bit, brush off his shoulders, and take all of the credit for “being right” about takes that he was hot and cold with all season. Because it misleads the audience into believing Brou has been right about more football topics when he really hasn’t.

Hurts in the Superbowl: 27/38 for 71% passing 304 Yards 1 Passing TD 0 Int 70 Rushing Yards 3 Rushing TD's Can't just overlook that kind of performance. Also can't pretend Mahomes hasn't had stacked teams too. Don't forget - the year Philly played KC in the Super Bowl, KC had a dominant defense. They had only given up 30+ points in one game all year (week 4 against Tampa when they gave up 31). They held opponents to less than 28 in 16/20 games, and gave up 24 or less in 14 of their games. Hurts walked in and put 35 on them. You can't try and take that away from the dude.
