Great video. What's your opinion on the best wind direction for fishing the cove area? Great videos .

Thanks! A S or SW wind is a no go for me unless I want to fish shark bayou. Any wind from the N above 5 can make it tiring to get back to the launch but it’s doable. My ideal kayak fishing conditions are light winds under 5 from any direction except S/SW. If you are fishing from a boat then it’s a different story but I still avoid a S wind.

What's your thoughts on north at 7 at the point . Wanting to go kayak fishing Friday.

@user-mp9mc8xq3f a north wind will be fine, Friday looks great light wind and cloudy I would go. Just know that you will have to paddle into the wind to get back to the launch. If you stay in the cove you’ll be fine.

Just FYI try to put them rays upside down and they can't stick you.
