Fish Fry gravy

Fish fry curry is a delicious dish in flavor which gives an unique taste to enjoy. Here we have prepared this fish fry curry in our own style. kindly check out the process and recipe ‪@timetocookasmr‬
Ingredient:-
Fish - 2 (single bone fish preferrable)
For marination masala
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Table spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Table spoon
Salt - 1/2 Table spoon
Lemon juice -1/2 in a piece
For Gravy
Fenugreek seeds - 1 T spoon
Fennel seeds - 1 T spoon
small onion - 100 gm
Green chilli - 2
curry leaves - few
Chilli powder - 2 T spoon
cumin powder - 1 T spoon
coriander powder - 2 T spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 T spoon
Salt - 2 T spoon
Tomato - 1 Medium size
Tamarind water - As shown in the process
Coriander leaves - chopped(for seasoning)
