@@missdemeanor608 omg that scene broke me, I can understand Jamil’s anger because it’s an issue of class and even though he’s worked so hard he will always be second to Kalim in status, even tho our dear sunshine boi did pretty nothing but be born into his wealth and lifestyle, so it’s understand why Jamil would be angry; but the fact that he had all those years to teach Kalim about the world so he could unlearn his blind shelteredness and he just decided to plot against him the entire time instead pisses me off. Like he knew that he was the only real friend Kalim had, he had every chance to teach him to be a little more mindful of his situation and surroundings (I love Kalim but he needs to be a tad more independent…) but he just decided to blindly hate him and backstab him instead, which is just downright cruel. Srry to go in depth about the morals and stuff but like yeah lol ;-;

Something I will say that I find to be a neat detail is the fact that Azul had 200+ students at his disposal, but Ace, Deuce and Grim kept getting called in. It seems really weird to me. Is the english really that hard to understand? Just asking out of pure curiosity because I don’t see what’s the problem with it. I know there are some problems with character portrayals and stuff but there’s nothing that prevents understanding to me. Sorry if it sounds rude, I don’t really know how else to ask. Edit: Asking this as an American English speaker whose first language is Vietnamese and who doesn’t use social media besides for game accounts so I am not caught up with the new slang. Either way, I really only see issues with their localization choices like changing madol for whatever reason, using figurative language when it isn’t there, and characterization choices.
