Fish Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
Kefir 1 cup,
Eggs 1 piece,
Flour 1 cup,
Soda 1 teaspoon,
Salt
Butter - 60 grams,
Can of canned fish (any)
Potatoes
Greens
Onion
Preparation:
Mix a glass of kefir with an egg. Add flour, melted butter, soda, salt.
Knead the dough and leave it to rest for half an hour.
Mash the fish, finely chop the onion, cut the potatoes into circles.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out half the dough. Place the filling on top in layers - fish, onions, potatoes and greens. Pour the second part of the dough and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
