Perfect. Some time when i'm feeling ambiscious and can get the pulpo (Im in Arizona) i will make this. I'm down to me and my dog so Christmas Eve is down to two fishes. cook everything with steam shrimps for 10 minutes calamaro for 20 min octopus (frozen 1,5kg) 1h and 15 min scallops 5 min if u cook an octopus for 20 min, you can't even chew it. sooooo much better.
