what do you mean by you can hear the 1 bit DAC? does it mean it has better sound quality? Mine is an 18 bit dac.

I worked on at least 3 of these things. Biggest POS ever made. Its surprising your having a disc clamping issue, Because the main thing I saw with these, the little finger that the disk when inserted into the carousel, trips a set of metal fingers/clutch gears which trigger the mech. the finger breaks off... The 2nd thing these things do, is the little metal clutch assembly with the "catch" gear that sits under the carousel fucks up as well causing it not to trigger the disc insertion so it spits it right out... I used to personally own an all-in-one unit with the same CD mechanism. the inject assembly failed on it too! Nuts... The little catch finger broke, and threw off the whole CD insertion door out of timing as well...

I have a memory disc read error on the cd changer. how do I fix it? can I use windex to fix it?

Dear Karma Electronics: I have a Fisher 9335 that will not load the CD from the 24 carousel into the actual CD spinner. I have greased everything I think that I could possibly grease, but alas, the spinner swings as if to receive the CD, but the two vertical "doors" don't seem to want to cooperate and allow the CD to move. Your video was quite informative and seemed to fix most of the other sticky problems the unit had save the above-mentioned. Any suggestions? I am amazed that I got this far and think that anything less than more grease might be beyond my ability. Thank you very much for the video and in advance for your thoughts. Cheers, Michael B

Hello, I have one of these cd players. It has a problem with the carrousel movement. The carrousel gets stuck when the motor slows the speed down to position the CD for start playing, and it shows M-ERROR, however, the carousel moves just fine when the motor is running at full speed. I've changed the motor that moves the carousel and the belt, but it keeps doing that. Do you know what could be the problem? Thanks

I have one of these but can't find the Manuel. It's been awhile since I've used it. I can't remember if I need to connect to just speakers or does it need a receiver or whatever it is to play through? Sorry not up on electronics. Thanks.
