@@austinj470 Because of the vent that blows air from the motor (and also sawdust) as it runs is on that side and I get the mentioned sawdust to the face, lol. I'm not normally left handed, but the job was less awkward if I used it that way. Yeah. Got a face ull of sawdust. Yay for goggles.

I REALLY like that the grain on the cherry goes diagonally. They all look awesome, but I think that one is the true toe-nail-clipping receiving winner. What a neat project, thanks for sharing!

Broke a bandsaw blade in shop class 3 years ago trying to cut the walnut face… ended up doing a box with one large opening on the front. Great video don’t know why it took me years to comment. Highly recommend buying his project sheets

I just found this site by searching bandsaw boxes, and I’m glad I did. Very good video. Really good. Good pace, clear instructions and I love the outtakes. Very funny! For some reason, we have all blown into an empty, sanded void at one point, all with the same result. I can’t wait to watch them all. Excellent narration, too. Best Father’s Day present so far, but then I’m the first one out of bed. Keep up the good work!

Having breakdowns of cuts lists / assembly / printable templates / page numbers to locate things....really topnotch.

The most enjoyable part was seeing all the custom tool pockets on the wall at the end. Gotta love organization. Everything in my work truck has a specific spot that it goes into. Once I’m done with it, it goes right back into its place. Otherwise I get bugged by the clutter and it seems to effect my work.

Jarrah is a Western Australian timber, very beautiful and much prized. You hear no accent because it knows it is upper-class and it looks down on most other timbers.

I like this design. And I've got plenty of jarrah out in the shed (we use it as firewood here). Will definitely have a crack at making a couple of these, probably one using jarrah and another in salmon gum (another great Western Australian hardwood from the firewood pile). I have some local blackbutt also which would make a nice bandsaw box - that might be my trio. Not sure what to use under the bottom of the boxes though - my neighbour doesn't have a pool table. Love your work.
