SIB Fising UK, Codling and Coalfish at Beadnell, at last I managed to get out on the SIB after months waiting for a decent break in the relentless wind!
I met up with Rob and Ian and was into fish pretty much straight away on the ebbing tide, we fished around the Newton Bouy, North Sunderland Bouy and down to Dunstanburgh Castle.
I've been wanting to have a run up to the Farne Islands on the SIB and as the conditions were so good I took the opportunity to do this as well, there were Puffins, Razor Bills, Gannets, Kittiwakes Eider Ducks to name a few of the species I saw. All in all a great day in good company with a few fish caught along the way, roll on next time.
