it mainly has to do with the fact im in Stormwind, i have no idea what to expect when im there or how many opponents ill be fighting or running from at any moment, so unless im going all in and dont care if i die. i hold off on power shifting for long term mana purposes. i do actually do some powering shifting, but its mostly to bear for a quick maul after energy dump in cat form. you can see what im saying when i kill the very last mage.
