LakeForkGuy I actually helped a game warden here in Indiana wrangle an injured goose. They are not out to ruin your day they are nature lovers as any anglers or hunters should be! Take care of our waters/wildlife/natural surroundings and we can continue to enjoy our waterways and nature we enjoy so much! Going fishing, take an empty grocery bag for any trash you may come across! Gotta stop for that new tackle you list last trip anyway why not keep bag to help keep our waters clean!

Thanks for giving the game wardens a thumbs up. There just humans doing there jobs as well. And its always a sunny day when we get to take our wives out with use to the lake. I have always used the analogy of "point to where you want your lure" when casting. My Rod is always pointing at my target spot at the time of lure release. It really helps at the precision and there is no better feeling than pulling a Bass off of a "swirl" You want to get good at it...seconds matter. What can I tell you? As a Child, I spent my off time casting at dandelion flowers.

If you're looking for a place that oceanspoongirl can catch a toad... I've got some natural ponds at my ranch in north Texas, it's only about 90 miles west away from Dallas. It holds some 7s, 9s, and even 13s... it shocks me as well that they grow that big on them lil ponds naturally.
