Awesome multi-species action! When I used to live in the midwest I would fish dams on the Mississippi river quite a bit. In a given day you could catch walleye, sauger, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, pike, crappie, rock bass, bluegill, channel and flathead catfish, white bass, yellow bass, buffalo, gar, carp, suckers. So much fun!

That blue was an absolute tank. Stamina for days haha. When it got that second wind and went on another run I was anxious as hell because of the lighter tackle, but you played it just right. Loved the various species involved and love seeing those Ugly Stix get some love haha.

Overall I'd say a dam good day of fishing lol ! Excellent job brother! Love fishing pools under dams and waterfalls when I can get to them. My favorite smallmouth hole in NJ is a pool below a dam.
