Very helpful video, especially showing the installation. I am curious about this product and have been hearing mixed reviews. How would you rate the responsiveness / latency? And how about playing fast passages using legato, for example? Does it ever drop notes? Thanks!

I don’t tend to play particularly fast stuff, but didn’t have any major issues with latency, I also have my daw settings fairly high. The main negative I found was playing very complex chords would sometimes come out as a lot of noise, but to be honest that’s because I’m trying to play, say a string piece, like it’s a guitar, which it’s not. It also seems to depend on the quality of the virtual instrument. So I think if you get the right combination of virtual instruments that can cope with lots of notes and thinking you’re playing that instrument and that the guitar is just an interface, then the results are better

Punk rock. Seriously, it seemed in tune enough, shooting the video for this had already taken ages, and in the end it was interesting to show that you could tune it via the midi input

Chris. Great Video. Sounded Professional. I hope you do a follow up video after you've become more familiar with the device. I bought a Fishman Triple Play to convert my guitar to a MIDI device to control a KETRON SD-90. I think the Fishman company and the device is a complete scam. They don't answer their phone. It's just a recorded message. They say that they'll get back to you in a couple of days. They haven't gotten back to me in a couple of weeks. The Fishman Triple Play doesn't send the correct signals to my Ketron SD-90. I have adjusted the sensitivity until I'm blue in the face to no avail. Please Do another video when you learn more about the device.

Hmm, I’m using it mostly to control software instruments and so far it’s worked great, I have interfaces with midi ports but nothing connected to them so far. So it’s a little hard to debug what your problem might be. Have you been trying to contact them through the holidays?
