I am from Billinge....now In Canada......I got them all. Living in Billinge first as a toddler....amazing how hearing that dialect daily into my teenage years... ...it never leaves you. Famous line from a bloke who always just opened the door of the Stork pub....and looked around pretending to search for a mate.....but really he was checking to see how many in there he owed a pint to...."his shout"......he would yelll from the entrance......"Azzeebinin"!!!!! ha ha......too stingy to cough up for a few pints.

Love your thick, nasally voice. In America this would be like me trying to decipher/translate someone's dialect/phrases from certain parts of Louisiana or Tennessee lol

also it shouldnt be that hard, the southern states of the usa, where mostly settled by lancastrians, yorkshiremen, and the scottish, the reason why the southern states have their accents is because of that. they come from a mix of t hose three to different amounts depending on what area, lancashire people from the fylde coast often settled in swampy boggy marshy places, as thats what the fylde coast is just a cold humid version of it, but we settled throughout the south, because the northerners where poor and couldnt afford to live in americas affluent north

I often forget that lancastrians sound like we're talking gibberish to outsiders. It's only like thinking people in Yorkshire are talking gibberish when they speak in Yorkshire dialect

@@autumnrose_tv the thing is lancastrian is the last of the old english dialects still taught at uni, its dying our slowly but we still speak it. i often type and talk in it. then get the dogs abuse off yanks for grammar and spelling lol

@@autumnrose_tv and to be honest yorkshire people do talk gibberish, even if you could understand them, it would still be gibberish lol
