@@shomusbiologyofficial The tender hard mass is slowly going away ( i think), Surgery was done 5 months ago. I felt the mass after surgery only where the laser fiber was inserted. I think its side effect from the laser but im not sure what this is. Have you delt with such patient. What could be the differentials. The tender mass is located beneath the mucosal layers. Better is to go for surgery, i also ignore fissure for almost a year, was taking Sitsbath, high fibre diet ,ointment, it only minimized my pain but not fissure and eventually my fissure turned into fistula. Now i had two surgeries a month back,, Fistulotomy and LIS
