Hii i just came across your video after googling symptoms of this condition and i also got diagnosed with piles last year i think. I had gotten onto a diet but i recently travelled and it's back. My rectal area is so so so sensitive, even the sprinkler that you clean your ass with hurts at its most powerful and the ones while i was travelling stabbed me so harshly. It's so embarassing to even show it to my mom also as i am concerned i might smell bad or something even though i try keeping it as clean as possible.
