I finished the book last Friday😁 I am so happy that you are going to go though this book with us. I had asked God several times to help me with my journey BUT I learned that I was NEVER OBEDIENT to Him. Now that I know my whole outlook on losing weight has changed for the better! I have always made my yo-yo dieting about ME! Now I wake up every morning and I dedicate every meal every workout every bible study every daily goal I have to God! What a difference it has made! I know now that if I am obedient to God and dedicate EVERYTHING to Him daily God will give me what I NEED!

Thank you Tangi for this video...my favorite part was when you said you weren’t going to get emotional, and then you did. 🙂 But it was so genuine and touching to hear you witness about our Savior Lord Jesus and how He is where our focus must be. No need to apologize for that, it was beautiful. I love that song, “First things first” and need to apply it to my eating habits and remember to thank Him for everything that I consume to nourish my body before it crosses my lips. I have been following you for years and so enjoy your personality...this is some of your best work.

Missed the live, but glad I caught some of the replay. 😊 you name it, I probably tried it as far as “fad” stuff. The only thing that truly worked was a popular Christ-centered program back in the 90’s. Controversy with the leadership aside, the original program was solid. Asking the Lord into your food. Be submitted to Him in all things. Once I moved away from that (short story: main reason, I took the glory meant for God) I struggled again for years. I was thinking of throwing in the towel, quitting my accountability group and just living with my fluff. I happened across your video about no more dieting, and thought, “ no way, I am not buying another book,” but this has proven to be a good thing. 😉 glad the Lord put your video into my stream.

New listener: I was scrolling KZbin and saw your first message on giving up on dieting and I saw the book and ordered it. I have been so unhappy with my body and fitness level but I just can find something that works. I have never fully turned over this to the Lord.
