It makes me feel like I can actually do it even though it’s been mind-screwing me for years! I’ll try it again tomorrow.

Love that you always show common mistakes so we don't do them and show why you wouldn't be able to do the trick with the mistakes.

I don’t usually comment but this video is great!! Super helpful and informative and I got it after my fourth attempt!! I wasn’t the most confident as I’ve only gotten comfortable with the caterpillar but I can’t thank you enough for such a great help!

Thanks for the video. Is there a big difference between the hand spring and true grip ayesha, or are they just different ways of getting to the same end position?

I remember being so SCARED when I was first learning. It felt impossible. Like gravity was literally pulling me down no matter how hard I tried! I'm telling you this so that you know that it's hard for everyone, not just you. You can do it! Keep me updated :-)

how do u know when youre ready to take your legs off the pole??
@aprilm2873 ай бұрын
Train this move on the ground first, with what would be the bottom hand on the floor....then get used to what it feels like getting your legs of the pole. Hope this helps 🙏
