I love how you give so much info. So many Mia a lot of this as they go so fast and only say what they can while they are in the spin.

We "learned" the butterfly in my last class. However, we didn't *learn it* learn it the way I just did by watching this video. This is great. Thank you.

Ok I came here for more clarity on this move and got way way more than that, I'm about to purchase a monthly subscription for your app! You are brilliant, so thorough and clear. This puts my other app to shame!

Was the upper arm grip a straight grip or a twisted grip ?

just out of curiosity, do you do strength workouts in addition to pole dancing, or do you just pole dance?

Currently working on this but it’s been scary as I feel like my lower arm isn’t going to hold my weight 😬
@silvialudena82682 жыл бұрын
Your lower arm shouldn’t be holding your weight, your top arm and hooked leg should be holding your weight. The lower arm should only be holding the position if that makes sense.

Question. What is the weight limit on the both silicone and chrome?
@FIT2FLAUNT4 жыл бұрын
The poles have been rated for 150 kg / 330 pounds 💜

Idk I’m tempted to get your pole because my xpole is so slippery a little for me and burns my skin but I’m scared yours is going to be slippery I only see the chome and the silicone
@FIT2FLAUNT3 жыл бұрын
Hi, chrome pole naturally tends to be slippery. You can use a pole grip to help you stay on the pole. 💜💜💜

@@FIT2FLAUNT ok thanks I used it And it made a little difference but the coating burns my skin making it hard to do combo moves

@@kaerose7358 thanks sis i definitely feel where you coming from as an former dancer haven’t dance in a while but I dance for 5 years straight and it’s always a pole burn but the powdered pole that I have is by far the worst when it comes to me doing close range skin to pole contact moves you should see my Inner leg I was practicing this week and I now have a big discolored spot from it it looks like a birth mark and I tried rose water spray but it makes the pole so slippery I believe I’ll be best with. Brass pole or maybe Ill try silicone
@ambnash8237 Жыл бұрын
My pole is so slippery I’ve cleaned with water and vinegar Warmed it up Used shaving cream Talk It’s annoying and I just slide
