Hello I'm a beginning poler and I seem to have so much trouble spinning my body on the static pole. I can hit the moves and hold them but I cannot spin my body. Do you have any tips?

Rotation technique in every move is a bit different, depending on your gripping points and where you want to go. I explain all that in full length classes at my vimeo, the classes that have static rotation.

do you have a video on strengthening the pushing arm. ive started doing forearm grip moves and lost strength in the pushing moves

This video explains what needs to be working while you pushing. Scapula push ups, regular push ups, side planks and planks, handstand as well is a good place to start :)
