I dance and there’s women in there 400lbs and climb poles If you’re using strength you’re doing it wrong you have to use pole grip though that’s what’s preventing her from sliding and her palms getting sweaty or alcohol or chalk. Your legs is what lifts you, your arms just secure you on the pole

Def getting this app! I was just about to sign up for group classes. I've tried a group class before and didn't get much out it, it was more dance than pole lesson. Also the poles were so close to each other I almost got my eye poked out by another persons heel. Then if I didn't understand something I didn't want to stop the whole class just for me. BUUUTT some other classmate didn't feel the same about that so they would stop the class for personal lessons while the rest of us were just standing there or @ least practicing what we had just learned. ANYWAY basically Thank you Fit to Flaunt, sorry I don't see your name right off the back, but thank you for these engaging lessons. & for smiling :D. Plus with this being from home we can practice and have our teacher anytime! Love it! Now I'm going to go find the video on which pole you suggest to purchase. Cause I want mine asap.

And get a great workout , and have fun as well!! "And. ,Fit To Flaunt" is the best choice !! You have a true gift at teaching others .
