Great workout, with no equipment!! 🌟 ❤ I enjoy all of your workouts, but wasn't wanting to use any weights today, and I appreciate the modification options for these types of days. Being a mom with two kids a three year old and a two month old finding a quick workout is tuff but this cardio workout gets the job done in a short time. 💪🏽❤️

Thanks for this, Larie! I needed a quick cardio routine to do after my 30 minute lower body HIIT, and this was just right 👍. Ha ha, this workout was mostly lower body, too, so I got a double whammy on the legs and glutes today 😅
