Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for a full body routine. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I love everything about this workout! No jumping, no repeats (that’s always a fun treat), full body, 30 minutes, one set of dumbbells if we want, and enough to get the heart rate up!. This is my first workout from your channel and it’s exactly what I needed today. Thank you!

I have 3 sets of dumbbells at home and really like these full body sculpting videos with warm up and cool downs included. It makes it so much easier to follow with both included instead of separate. Keep up the wonderful videos, they are my favorite.

These workouts are amazing, I've been using them 4-5 times a week for the last couple months and I've definitely noticed an improvement. I love how you remind us of proper form and how motivating you are so throughout! I have 2 sets of dumbells, 5 and 10lbs and a 15lb kettlebell.

I have those too, but I find them really hard to use for a lot of these exercises - holding both dumbbells in one place or goblet style hold. Would love to be able to use them - tips? I also have adjustable wrist/ankle weights to help fill add weight gradually or do something lighter.

Hi Mikala 😀I am 65 years young and I thoroughly enjoy your workouts. I have various size dumbbells from 15 to 1 pounds. Depending on where I'm at on any given day, I use the weight I can handle without straining myself or overcompensating. I do modify, mostly when it comes to push ups but can get through doing everything and I do like planks. Your cueing is right on time. I appreciate that you take your time to demonstrate good form and techniques with the moves. First and foremost I want to benefit from the workouts so safety is definitely of utmost importance. Thanks again and keep up the good work❣

This just went into my FAVORITES! I love no-repeats. But I particularly love no repeat workouts that rotate between areas of the body. I can't stand doing all arms, then all legs, then all abs. I like it all shuffled up like you'd did in this video. I use 8 lbs for anything legs, then 5lbs, and finally 3 lbs when I get tired. Thank you so much for this!!! More please!

Love all your workouts. I try to do at least 3 a week. I have 2 lbs, 3, 5, 8, 15, 20 lb dumbbells. Been working on getting 10’s.

I just had gastric sleeve surgery two months ago and I don't feel comfortable enough to go to the gym yet. I came across your channel a few weeks ago and I enjoy the workouts so much! I have 4 sets of dumbbells and I am L-O-V-I-N-G your workouts! The pacing is fantastic. They are getting my heart rate up FOR SURE, but at no point do I feel like it comes at the expense of form. Thank you for the form and breathing tips also. This workout is going into my Favs list!

Hi Mik! Thanks again for another great workout. I have six sets of dumbbells, 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s, 8s and 10s. I often have to use two different sets to get through some moves, so a workout with different weights would fit right in with what I do! Those lateral and front raises aren't something I can do with 10s yet, but I've gotten up to 8s! Love the warm up and cool down in it. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Love your workouts! I have a 3, 5, 8, and 10 lb set of dumbbells! I usually alternate weights during your workouts anyway and would love a workout that incorporates different weights!

I turned 70 years old in december and I have been training with you regurlarly , since I foud you 😊 You are the best trainer so far I found on the web and so I can now do my training at home . I have 4 sets of dumbells . 2,3,5 and 8 . For most of the training where you use 10 pounds dumbells , I use 8 pounds . I can do pretty much all your exercices but the push-up ones are challenging for me , but I do as much as I can . I dropped my TRX training at the gym that was getting too crowded and I find I get as much workout with you confortably in my living room. Thank you so so much for putting such good quality training and with and extensive variety . Oh😮 I would like to mention that I love the environment and mood that you put us in That make us come back to you regularly . 👏👏👏

I have 5 sets of dumbells- in pounds- 3, 5, 6, 8, & 10, plus one 15-pound kettle ball. I use mostly the 8-pound dumbells when you're using 10's. I absolutely love your workouts. They are super clean in movements, innovative, and prevent me from getting bored. I'm seeing a HUGE different in my body composition doing these workouts on a regular basis.

We appreciate the addition of a warm up and cool down. We have five sets of dumbbells from 2.5 to 15 pounds. We have had to modify when some exercises are too difficult (curl versus lateral raise). Keep up the great work!

Hi Salisha! That is amazing strength! I am a guy and recently started training when I found this channel! But I could only manage these exercises with 1 lb dumbbells throughout and had to stop after around the 17 minute mark as my arms just gave up 😟Is it really weak?

I personally already use two sets of dumbbells because some arms exercises are difficult. I allow myself to change when I am straining too much. And that's working well.

I love your workouts. I find them doable and yet they give me the impact I want. I use only 3 kg and 2 kg weights, more 3kg. My arms have always been very weak. I do have a request though. I find the full body workouts to focus less on the core. Or m. any case, I thank you very much for your workouts that are so well paced, well done. I like that you talk only when necessary and your music is subtle, not loud. For someone like me who hates doing weights, I keep coming back to your classes. THANK YOU!

I use 5lb and 10lb - 10lb for almost every one of your videos until I switch to 5 for any tricep curls where you hold both dumbbells.. one of these days I'll get past that! :)

Love your workouts!! I have 1,2,3,5,8,10,15 lbs plus 2 weighted bars and weighted 8lbs ball. I enjoy pushing thru multiple weight for muscle fatigue. It really has helped me burn more calories in shorter time. We are all so busy with life, exercise is an essential key for overall health! Having multiple weights I can add and take away without having to stop. I have great muscle definition w/o bulk ( I have large shoulder for a 5’6 128 lbs girl ugh). So thank you! I have tried many of your workouts and I have a fan!!!

Hi. I'm absolutely obsessed with your workouts. I used to work out with weights and a gym chair in my garage where I can do leg extensions. Ever since I discovered your channel I work out with your videos 3 times a week in the comfort of my bedroom with my screen TV. Then I do one day of cardio, an hour of Madfit dancing!, and one day of advanced Vinyasa yoga. I have a 15 and 30 lb weights. If I see that any exercise is easy like Sumo squats or shoulder presses I grab the 15 lb or the 30 to do chest or an extra set of shoulder presses. I like that you let us know at the beginning of the session when you said "grab any weight that you might have available". That's what I do. 😊

Loved this class. I love the short warm up and cool down included, yet using most of the time for the workout. I have a set of 5 pound and 10 pound weights. I also liked the full body workout and the pacing which also kept my heart rate up.

I love the pace of your workouts and how I can focus on each movement and complete it fully without really counting how many I’m doing. The quality over the quantity of movements has really made a difference for me in my results. Also I’m really focusing on my breathing. So many workouts are such fast pace I feel like I’m sucking wind the whole time to catch up. And in the process I’m probably not doing the moves right! Thanks Myk!

I have 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10 lb weights. Also have kettle bells. Enjoy your workouts. Been working out everyday since 2007. Initially at the gym then after Covid at home. I’ve missed very few days. I also walk 3 miles a day. I’ll be 84 this June. Have tried many of the workout programs on KZbin and find yours to be the ones best suited for my age and ability. Thank you. ❤❤

Hello Mik. I LOVE your workouts. I am 65 and have been working out my entire adult life with at-home equipment. Your routines are wonderfully varied, easy to understand, and cover all the muscles abd areas of our bodies. You are very inspirational! I have dumbbells from 1 lb - 15lbs. Since I travel a lot with my job overseas and cannot bring my weights, could you possibly create some videos using no weights...just our body's resistance? (Maybe you already have , and I haven't found them yet?) Thank you so much, Cindy D

Really enjoying the workouts. I actually repeat your programs ❤Thanks so much for providing them! I used 2-10lbs and 2-15 lbs. Where I differ from probably many of your workout attendees. I am an amputee on my right dominant arm so I very that weight typically one lower so say 8lbs depending on what the exercise is with use of my prosthesis. for the hip thrusts I use my bench and I use a 35 pound weight on my hips. Just from past history I enjoy the hamstring burn using the bench and a heavier weight. Love what you’re doing. Thanks again.❤

I have sets of dumbbells ranging from 2 , 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 12. That's as high as I can handle at 67 yrs. old! I love the slow pace of your workouts and even though I'm using only 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells, I feel like I've had a great workout

This was my first workout with you, but it will not be my last!! Thanks for the challenge. It was a great workout. My dumbbells are 5, 8, 10, 12, and 15 pounds that I have ate home.The 30 min workouts are my favorite.

Not sure if you've thought of adding the actual exercises in a list at the top... it helps me know which dumbbells to grab. I really loved the workout! I used 15s 12s and 10s. Thank you so much!

Hi Mikala, I like the 30 minute weight training with the warm up and cool down. I have six sets of dumbbells and tend to use my 8# or 10# sets. Thanks and stay smiling!

I have one set of 0.5kg and one set of 2kg. I pulled a rotator cuff muscle in my left shoulder about 18months ago so have to switch to the lighter weight. Just a little observation- could you please keep your left & right sides as left & right as you sometimes say the wrong one!- sorry but I find it distracting as I’m looking at you! Otherwise a great all round workout -many thanks Mik I like your format with the warm up & lovely stretches to cool down 👍😊💪🙏

Great workout Mik. Appreciate the pre-stretch and post- cool down. Very chill feeling workout, but by no means easy. Good sweat and burn. Calm and hard! By the way, since you asked, I use one set of adjustable weight dumbbells - 5lb to 25lb each. Thanks!!!

I enjoyed the workout thanks! I have a set of 5 weights from 1kg up to 5kg. I've recently rediscovered strength and resistance training in my late 50s after many years of cardio, Zumba and HIIT. I feel so much better now and have a ton of energy.

Love this! I'm 52 years young, and I use 3 sets of dumbbells to create 4: 5 lb paired with 10 lb to make 15 lb and then bicep pumping 20!

I’m 56, I use two sets of dumbbells - 7 and 5 (I can’t do triceps with 7 yet). I LOVE your videos SO MUCH. I have gotten into such good shape!

Hi Mikala - this was a well thought of routine with good transitions. I have from 1lb to 20 lb sets of weights and look forward to a routine with a variation of dumbbells. I did this 30 minute as a Tuesday option in your April 2023 Calendar. Thank you! 🤗👍👊❤

I have tried several of your videos. I love them - interval training is my favorite. Plus in many of the videos I work out 2 muscles @ a time. It intensifies the workout and means after 35 minutes or so which includes a warm up and cool down I am tired and sweaty :) I will be back!
