As an obese person who cannot stick to working out for more than 3 days cus I'd either chicken out because of complex and uneasy they'd feel for my body or I'll loose motivation..cannot believe I've been on the 4th week and not only I see changes in my body but also in my mental health. Your exercises are so enjoyable and fun to do that it makes me impatient to do the next exercise and ngl I cannot even believe how the time passes 😭. People around me compliment abt my posture and how my body looks toned. Thank you so so sooo much for doing such an amazing job!!! I'm sorry, English isn't my first language 😭❤

Good job sticking to the work outs! You can be very proud of yourself! I know from experience that it’s not an easy thing to do. When I first discovered Zoey’s channel I was obese too. Almost 1,5 years later I’m almost down to a normal weight and feel so much better both physically and mentally! Thank you so much, Zoey!
