Gonna be one bad ass Charger when it hits the streets brother

Just found your channel while looking for steering column help on my 70 Charger (440/727), ended up binge watching all your videos in one night. Good video/audio quality, like the mix of content vs explanation, good music and editing. This is better than some channels with 200k subscribers. The content is there, you just need to post more regular videos. I'm biased but you have the coolest car of all time, and you're not cutting any corners. Really like the grill resto, I'm definitely using that chrome pen trick. Also 13 years as an F-16 mechanic, you had my subscription at the Infidel shirt. Thank you for your service.

Some carb studs and nuts would've made installing those throttle bodies and gaskets a lot easier. And, how about some air filtration?
@HighRevNation2 жыл бұрын
A quick pause at 4:24 and you can see the air filter inside the lower assembly. As for the carb studs... yes.

Where can I buy a bug catcher scoop? What Website?
@HighRevNation3 жыл бұрын
There are a few options depending on the application. Cheaper ones can be found at jegs, summit, and even probably your local parts store. Heres two links, one for a cheap one, then one for the one I went with. I went with the second, and more expensive option, since it allows better bearings to be used and its much more of a quality part overall. (cheap version) www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SearchResultsPageCmd?Ntt=bird+catcher&requestYear=&storeId=10001&catalogId=10002&langId=-1&year=&make=&model=&submodel=&engine=&Nrpp=&No=&persistYmm=false (what I went with) www.alkydigger.net/proddetail.php?prod=Bird.4150.adp

How did you get the linkage part completed. (Haven't gone through other videos yet)
@HighRevNation3 жыл бұрын
Certainly. Not sure if I ever fully broke down the linkage setup. As you go through, start with the two main ends (carb and hat for my case). A general/universal kit will get you close. I used one for a 4150 dual carb setup, since the FiTechs are similar to them. Then, once I realized what few parts I was missing or could add to make it work, I went online and browsed online individual parts to make it work. I think I added a longer rod and maybe 2 more threaded connecting points to make it work.
