Great video! Short, informative, and to the point. I've been rehabbing my shoulders, and was looking to strengthen, without the use of weights. This video was very helpful. Thanks!

This was great, loads of angles! If I had the back strength of an elderly squirrel, I'd probably feel these!!

Enjoyed your video it seems that you know a lot about how to get a more attractive torso. My problem is genetics I believe I've been told that I have high hips are high waist line . Do you think these back exercises can help?

I'm actually trying to lose weight my weight loss journey started December of last year going to a weight loss clinic got on their program but hit a plateau when there weight loss medication caused side effects I was 235 when I started with their program and in 2 months came down to 215 and no longer being able to take their medication I ended the program but I continued with the caloric deficit that I learned and the eating plan since then I've been doing cardio on the treadmill 3 days a week after the treadmill I do abs and oblique exercises with the Pilates bar and the last day of the week I work with the resistance bands working on the torso and waist and back But it seems like my weight is coming off slowly not as fast as I would like for it to be but watching your video today I learned some things I feel like as I consistently work with those resistance bands like you showed today it would tone and make my backside look better thanks again

Oh I forgot to tell you and one more thing I will be 63 years old this year August so I know age makes a difference and I've been pushing myself to exercise with the spinal stenosis that I've been diagnosed with since 2019 and it's hard for me to decide if I want to go ahead and have surgery and have a fusion done because all the progress that I've made will be lost because after surgery it takes about 10 weeks or more to recover and start back feeling like yourself and I know with recovering and taking medication weight will pile back on

Anything that targets the lower back?

I would do a core hold and a prone cobra for lower back.
