OMG - you must have been picking up on my frustration yesterday. We are doing the 1 ingredient challenge this week .. me and my 3 boys ... I am so excited to try this Chicken Shawarma Pita recipe (minus the pita but yes on top of the arugula) and I am ALMOST ashamed to admit that I'm going to throw it all in the Air Fryer to cook instead of the pan. Appreciate you tons!

Overnight oatmeal is a convenient way to eat oatmeal no need to cook . The overnight process is supposed to breakdown the oatmeal making it better to digest without the need to cook .
