We have the airfryer. Different one seeing Philips is Dutch, but I love it! Ours is an XXL version and with a digital timer. We had this one to and never want to be without one.

I've got a Vitamix and it's a great product. Had it for over 5 years, and if it was showing any signs of aging my wife would upgrade to the new one, because the base has been shortened and they made it quieter. You've gotten my attention with the wine aerator. I don't do very well with bitter tastes and if it's as different as you say I may start drinking more red wine.
