Thank you for sharing I’m 44 quit smoking after 26 years and recently joined a boxing gym I’m very out shape and it’s only been 2 months but I still believe I can get fit and healthy 😊👍
@thesmithfambam69724 жыл бұрын
Yes! Yes you can! Boxing gym was the way to go. I remember a champion would always be in the gym I went to during my classes, she would be working the jump rope before I even come in and when my class was done I’m out of breath an she’s still over there on the rope. Not even sweating 😂 One day I’ll be able to do that

This is glorious, I've been looking for "stop smoking wales" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Mackorny Smoking Escape Blueprint - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy got great success with it.

Congrats. I've tried many times. I'm 38 now. Smoked for 25yrs. But now with my wife's health issues, I want to make a change. I want to be my old self.

Is Adam still smoke free 2 years later? It would be great to see an update about his journey, successes and setbacks, the journey to quitting smoking rarely has only one chapter.

To who ever reads this. I just have a quick message. If you have a addiction if its drugs,pornography,drinking,ect. You can over come it but for how long. But if you trust in God he will give you the strength to overcome your addictions and the lies the devil has put in you because what you do is not who you are. Trust in God and he will guide you to victory. Philippians 4 (13) I can do all things through Christ who gives me stregth.

I really needed this Video. I used to be an Athlete. I even took Martial Arts with my Dad. I kept my practicing up for a long time, but I hurt my left knee. I'm exactly where Adam is. He sounds like me talking. Years if Smoking is catching up to me. I'm getting more achs and pains. Charlie Horse, Cramps Neck pain Lung Pain Joint pain. It's scary when you're gasping for Air. I'm scared now. I'm exactly at this point and I'll be 62 in August, although I'm still hanging out in Nightclubs and most people think that I'm a lot younger than I really am! Thank You Adam. My Grandmother said to me thats how she quit. How can a cigarette control her? Wow Man I really needed to hear this. God Please let me beat Cigarettes. I'm fighting myself constantly about this. I hope that I can bounce back to being Normal somehow!

This is a habit, I need to tackle using fitness as the way to kick the addiction! I have died twice and been given a third chance, yet I still smoke, bad bad habit. One elderly gentleman said, do this. Write down: Write down what is costs you to smoke each week, times that by one month, then times it by 12 months. Consider what you could do with that money, money isn't that important to me, many will need a STRONGER why to quit! For good! I have various types of joint pain, I will need to listen to this to Motivate me into getting back into a basic Martial arts style. Some say it's Easy, really is it? To those who say it's easy, I challenge you do donate 95% of what you earn to any number of charities and still live the lifestyle you live, A motivational speaker said: Nothing easy is worth having! The bible says, money gotten by ill means will vanish just as quickly as you gained it. Governments encouraged this filthy habit for decades and TAX the hell out of smokers (about 85% of the cost of a packet is TAX).
