Please let me know your feedback on this episode! Long form content is something I personally watch a lot of here on KZbin and I am excited to share some myself. This is just the start and if you have any future guests suggestions, please let me know!

Since I'm already a fan of both your channels, a lot of the topical conversation was stuff I've heard already, but the added pressure that Adam was going through reminds me a lot of what Hot Ones videos are like. Very entertaining. Would love to see more of this.

This was an awesome video, would love to see more long form videos exactly like this with different fitness youtubers/ enthusiasts (and the bioneer back on ofc). The outdoor aspect mixed with sauna and cold plunge also make it really unique. Great work

Adam, as a guy who can do maybe 3% of what you can, your fail montages are my favorite. Your handstands might not look like Tom's, but the fact that you can achieve them along with all the other stuff you do gives me hope that I can learn them, too! And the fact that I can see you fall a few times while laughing until you achieve it - that keeps me going. Don't stop!

I absolutely lovelove running. It's really satisfying upping your weekly mileage relative to yourself (ignore the nutters doing 40-90 mile weeks!) For anyone that lives close to one I highly recommend parkrun. It's a free timed 5k every Saturday morning in parks all over the world now. Mostly UK based but big in South Africa. Everyone from pro athletes pushing crazy PBs to groups of old grannies walking it and talking about their week. I never regret going for a run. Even if I can only do 5k a week I'll try and do that because it just heals me. I also like being good at running and not looking like a runner. (6ft, 14 stone, big) And occasionally it's incredibly useful, having to run across town or a few miles to a bus stop and not getting tired feels awesome.

MOST ENJOYABLE ! What a pleasure to watch, not just listen to but to take in the whole atmosphere. Watching this at 5am in Sydney, I could smell those coffee grinds from beyond the screen and lens ! I could have sworn that you guys had already come together and spoken prior to this but at this point my brain has already melded all the people in our fitness culture together. Much appreciated and with much anticipation for future episodes !

I'm a once or twice a week runner. In the winter admittedly this becomes less consistent. 😅. I have found finding a solid hill and doing hill sprints(sprinting up,walking down) to be more enjoyable and better on my joints than tradiitional running("Jogging") on concrete at steady pace. I remember reading in the 5/3/1 book when I was younger that the cardiovascular standard was to maintain 20 sprints to that of a workhorse running back. (hill sprints were his preferred supplement of cardio to what was normally a strength/powerlifting type of routine) i'm no football player, but it always stuck with me as a fun standard/analogy to at least be able to hit or strive towards. i also like to just go for long walks as often as I can to just get general low impact activity/movement as well as fresh air/decompressing which a lot of people, particularly younger people(me as well at one point) just write off as a "waste of time".

To start running I've found going once a week and focusing in sprint distance form runs. There is a lot of bad running technique and it's worth engraining how to do it well, even if you never go farther.

After being extremely active all my life I have now had to have a total hip replacement in my mid 40’s. It would be great if there could be more videos where there are exercises and routines revolved around movements that are not high impact. However, in the meantime will still love your videos and take from them what I can do in my situation.

Are there any books you would recommend to someone who wants to learn more about the basics of fitness? Something that gives a good introduction to understanding human body. Muscles, tendons, nerves, nutrition, etc. Also, different ways of maintaining or improving your body, for example how hypertrophy works, how stretches work and what actually changes physically. How to deal with recovery as well, especially when it comes to different types of injuries for example muscle vs tendon. I love the content both of you put out and I'd like to know what are the resources you go to in order to educate yourselves. Thank you!

I would like to see something starting with the ankles and working up the body. Old soccer injuries have affected the mobility of my ankles which I believe my body is compensating for leading to back and shoulder strains. I think it would be beneficial to have a program that works on stretching and mobility from the ground up!
