Everyone has different EMF sensitivity levels, so it may not necessarily be ruining your health but it’s definitely not helping it. It’s always good to find ways to reduce your emf. 👍

There is an excellent video of 3 professors from the best universities in the US, Australia, Brazil and India who have studied the effects of radiation from devices on people's lives during the span of 30 years, they show cases of people ending up with breast cancer, brain cancer, etc. You should educate yourself before spewing such ignorance and bad advice.

Great video! I've been wanting to get a fitness tracker so I can see how my heart rate is during a workout, but it seems like every single fitness watch that has that feature has an app you need to install on your smartphone & I'm not into the idea of installing an app on my phone because my phone is not great for that kind of stuff. And it seems like all of them require it. I'm not one to care to log or sync my data to an app, I just want to know in the moment of my workout what my steps & heart rate is. Are there any fitness trackers that can do a lot of stuff besides steps or calories that DON'T require an app to function or set it up? I've tried researching this so many times & can't find any.

@@DregGayton777 Hello there. I purchased e weeks ago the Garmin venu which is pretty much the same as the vivoactive 4. So yes, bluetooth can be turn off and as long you don't set up the wifi it won't be scanning for anything you can always disconnect it. Since I only use for fitness purposes I don't have a need for wifi except at the beginning when setting up the Garmin connect app it request a internet connection so I simply use the Hotspot for that moment and since then all I do its connected/sync it to the phone via bluetooth once a day.

I am specifically looking for a sleep monitor because of my sleep issues, not a fitness tracker. Any feedback about the accuracy of sleep monitoring on these? I especially worry about radiation at night and its interference with sleep waves.

Yes, do everything you can to limit radiation while you sleep so your body can rejuvenate. I'll have to look into sleep monitors.
