I don't normally leave comments but wanted to let you know how much I LOVED this workout! Wow! I've been struggling to find a cardio workout that is long/intense enough to get my heart rate up. And I found that here! The upper body weights are an added bonus! Well done!! I'm hooked on your channel and look forward to trying more of your workout routines. :)

Hi Jennifer! That's awesome. I have MANY more challenging workouts, so you will have to go through my rebounder playlists and try them out! My 45 mins straight cardio workouts are pretty challenging, so try giving them a go! :)

As always, amazing. A complete workout in less than 40 minutes. Small question: does it matter if we wear shoes with some workouts and not others? I wore shoes for this one and felt slow on some of the moves because my treads were gripping...

It’s totally up to each individual. I prefer bouncing in bare feet because I like to use my toes for balance. Sometimes I wear shoes if I’m on and off the trampoline using heavy weights or if I’m bouncing outdoors. Some people need the arch support, so they wear shoes. Do what feels best for u!

Ummm...so I thought it was too easy for me when I first started....and then half way through you killed me! Good advice on the light weights! I used soup cans instead of the 5lbs weights I was gunna use.

HI Karina! Yah! 5 lbs would be too much for this one! 3lb weights do the trick for me! You could also put leg weights on your wrists too!
