I'm right there with you! I actually took 6 months OFF the gym because I'm a full time nursing student and single mom and I just needed a long break to really focus on God, my family, and my studies. But now I'm about to be on a nice long summer break and I can't wait to get back to the gym again! 💕😊

My girl, do you have a knee valgus? I notice you look similar to me when standing! I work out and have tried to correct this with squatting/strengthening certain muscles or just try to force correcrt it. I found out from a new form of movement called functional patterns that finally got me out of it lol. I used to hate seeing my valgus in videos. I'd never film it back then >_< apologies if im wrong! it's hard to tell from the angle you're filming
