I'm right there with you! I actually took 6 months OFF the gym because I'm a full time nursing student and single mom and I just needed a long break to really focus on God, my family, and my studies. But now I'm about to be on a nice long summer break and I can't wait to get back to the gym again! 💕😊

I miss the gym vlogs so much it was such an inspiration . There’s not a lot of “cozy “ familiar fitness content these days. And it’s so sad . I find it hard on days when I’m searching for refreshing inspo to even find good recent videos from anyone

Hi Daisy! I love your videos. I'm about to go back to the gym after 6 months off. I NEEDED the break physically, mentally, and spiritually. I needed to focus on God, my daughter, and the nursing program. But I'm about to start my summer break and I'm so excited to start working out again. I missed my leg days the most 😭💗

yes girly get those gains!!!! also when you had the 6 plates for the hip thrusts you were doing Kas glute bridges :) theyre similar to hip thrusts but you dont go all the way down

I would say if you’re trying to build muscle do it afterwards so you have the most energy for weight lifting!

If your feeling exhausted i reccomend start taking omega and vitamin d and c they help you alot when it comes to soreness . Coming from me working full time and going to the gym 4 days 😅🥰

My girl, do you have a knee valgus? I notice you look similar to me when standing! I work out and have tried to correct this with squatting/strengthening certain muscles or just try to force correcrt it. I found out from a new form of movement called functional patterns that finally got me out of it lol. I used to hate seeing my valgus in videos. I'd never film it back then >_< apologies if im wrong! it's hard to tell from the angle you're filming
