Your tip about staying in PJ's and just do repetitive exercises is gold. I get so stuck in my head thinking I need to do all the faff!

So inspiring that you start fitness at 30! I'm 27 and always feel like it's too late to get my health in order, I work out one day then stop for a week :( this video was really inspiring, will take some of your tips and really try to start my journey as well insha Allah

Hi dina, this video has been in my to watch list since you uploaded it, i just didn't want to play cause i thought it was gonna make me feel bad, i struggle with anxiety and i always feel guilty for not starting fitness i struggle with consistency, discipline and motivation. Not to say that after watching this, all of a sudden, i will start training but i have to say that the way you approach the topic is so honest, realistic, smooth, thoughtful and accessible that it makes me feel calm and good really. I never listened to someone speaking about fitness the way that you do, cause you make me feel peaceful and i think thats a good place to start for me, so thanks xxx

I thought I hate working out and exercises in general( I mostly did cardio and body weigh and I really really really hated it. ) But this year I decided to go to a proper gym and try lifting weights and machines . Surprisingly I liked it! This is my third week and I’m still learning a lot but I’m glad that I finally found something I enjoy doing ☺️ So if anyone hates working out just try new programs/ classes and sports until u find the one that you really enjoy doing it.

Hi Dina Love seeing you back on YT and thank you for the motivation to work out and the tips As for another topic to discuss this may be a weird one but can you tell us more about your cats? I really love cats and wanna get multiple cats too, how did your other cats react to the new ones? How often do you feed them wet food? Are they indoor/outdoor cats? Did you get them neutered? If that’s too personal then I’m sorry! but whatever info you can give will help loads Hope you and the family are well x

Physical activity used to be a big part of my life, because it was the only thing I was good at. I used to fight in Muay Thai. I was getting ready for another fight, but then covid hit. After that, I got married and had a baby which I am grateful for. However, getting to the gym whilst having a baby so young just don't seem right. Having a baby is such a selfless thing, why do I feel bad for taking time out to work on my health. I dont know. I'm also 22 so a lot of learning is needed. Watching this video reminded me of why I need to get my fitness routine back!💖 Your discipline is so inspiring to me✊ *consistency is key*

Yes she’s back!! I love working out but can never stay consistent and with two kids I always find an excuse but I really want to try skipping! I think I will Like it and it burns calories instead of a leisurely walk outside

This was very motivational! Can you talk about how not to be focused on losing weight while working out. I always work out with the mindset of I need to lose x amount of calories, do cardio for this long etc to lose weight and anything less I do won’t make a difference weight wise. How do you not focus on losing weight during your workouts?

For me, I tend to get bored. Like I will want to kickbox one day, spin bike another day, weightlifting one day, yoga one day, run the next, Pilates,etc. I honestly like so many different workouts. During lockdown, I bought any workout stuff that was pink: dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc. My living room is my gym. Like before lockdown I had my apartment gym open 24/7 or other gyms but when they closed, I bought all this stuff.

I literally started doing zumba by watching it on KZbin and my toddler enjoys it too but it's been two weeks but I do feel like I dont want to carry but I do the trick with just doing it in pjs and getting it done so I am really hoping that I carry on
