Hi, thank you so much for all your amazing videos, I've lost wight like crazy, but I wonder if these one will help me eliminate the cellulite that forms where the butt ends and the leg starts because no matter how skinny I am, I can't get rid of the cellulite in that part.

Started out getting sore from this just from 5 pound dumbells. Now Ive progressed to deadlifting 60 pounds and squatting 30. This workout is helpful, hope to keep progressing!

about 2 weeks. because i started drinking protein shakes it sped up the results.

I did this workout yesterday...I thought it wasn't effective because I didn't feel very fatigued or sore...today is a different story and let me tell you my poor legs and booty are sooo sore lol. I'll be adding this routine to my workouts this month

from doing this workout along with other fitness blender workouts I've actually gained weight (muscle) my booty and thighs have gained inches, several inches.... I went up a few pant sizes. with that being said I'm happy with my results.

Lindsay Hayman What if ur inner thighs have a lot of fat and ur tying to get rid of them? Would they disappear first and then tone up while doing this exercise as well as your butt? Or will they just continue to add inches? I want my inner thighs to be smaller and my butt bigger

I've been working out you guys for about 2.5 months and I love everything and I have visible results already, thanks! Love the amount of reps, pace, timing, how you show the next exercise and your voice (husband) smile, can't remember your name and the fact that your lovely wife have hips and a booty (that's girl talk) smile . Yes, because women like us, I feel, have to work a little harder due to our body shape...keep up the great work you both look awesome. God bless you both.

I have done this workout probably 10+ times now and I am so satisfied by how much I've grown. I used to not be able to finish one whole round of the jump squats and lateral jumps. Now I can do it with (somewhat) ease. I started with 20 pound squats and 30 pound dead lifts. Now I can squat 30 pounds with Kelly and dead lift 50 pounds. If you're just starting, keep with it and I promise you will grow. It's hard at first and you will be so so sore, but embrace it! It's sooo worth it! Thanks FitnessBlender

What an amazing workout. I was drenched in sweat, walked away from the mat feeling like my legs were made of jello, and 50 hours later I can still barely move. I wonder if I'll ever be able to walk again. Awesome video - can't wait to heal so that I can try it again!!

Update: The second time I did this, it was much easier to complete. Still sweaty, still shaky....but it was more doable. Now I can't wait to do it a third time, increasing the weight so that I can keep building muscle. This has to be one of my favorite FitnessBlender videos. I love these 30-minute videos that you guys have. Committing to a 30-minute workout is so easy. Motivation is way more attainable with FitnessBlender than it is with other workouts or boring/monotonous 60-minute cardio sessions on the interminable treadmill.

I just want to say thank you for such great workouts. I use a handful of various workout channels, but yours I’ve been most loyal to. I’ve been using your videos since 2014, and not only are your workouts awesome, with a wide variety of videos, I luv that I can count on your videos to give me a good workout, but the video is working out. So many videos the girls want to do a tell all video of what they read or learned that day and stair at themselves in their camera as they talk and do half ass workouts, on 1 side of their body, as if they hope to be discovered? It’s not all, but more than not. You know your stuff and can say it if need during a workout, but for those who want to know more, u have separate videos that are educational for those who are still learning. So thank you! Your awesome!!

Your workouts are fantastic! They give my workout more variety than just doing the treadmill and elliptical. I have been looking for more variety because I do not want my workout routine to get boring. I have lost 60 pounds in this past year. I am hoping with your workouts I will be able to tone up and lose my last 15 pounds!

OMG! This workout was Fantastic! But not for the weak minded!! I’ve been on a 6 wk journey of working my lower body pretty good, and thought I’d give this brutal butt workout a try. And they are right to use the word brutal! My hamstrings were sore & in pain for 5 days after this workout! The moves really targeted my butt, and every angle of the hamstrings you can imagine. I’m currently doing another program I want to complete, but then I will incorporate this brutal butt workout into my routine every single week! I definitely recommend!!

If have knee discomfort I don't recommend doing these toes in and toes out deadlifts!! I did them and while it didn't hurt I was acutely aware that my knees felt off for a week after. just a warning.

Thanks for the heads up! I have a sensitive knee from ballet and whilst I love to work my lower body, I have to be mindful of how deeply I squat, lunge, and do other knee-heavy exercises.

My knees became sensitive and weak overtime from working out a lot and never sitting at work and I’m only 20. Kinda feel down that I’m not as strong as I used to be but at least I’m not the only one.

This is one of the best weight work ever. The pace was just right for me. I was able to complete it. I need to buy more weights in order to change the weight up or down depending on the exercise. Will definitely be back

A deadlift is easier to lift more weight compared to other things. I can only squat 40 lbs total comfortably but I can deadlift 70 pounds. You just have to start out small but also not be afraid of picking up something that might just seem too heavy, you got more strength than you think ;)

Mellissa Conway my mom finally gave me her dumbbells she doesn’t use which are 8 pounds and I tried a workout by lumowell but the weights are too intense for me so I tried to look for 3-5 pound weights at walmart and they didn’t have any 😒 but now I’m watching this 😂

I am not fit at all, and this is what I call day 1 for me. I could only do 7 minutes with the weight she is using. I look forward to getting myself to complete this! slowly but surely, I do not want to hurt myself. I'm down -8 pounds since I started doing the easy at home video one last week. got lazy for 3 days but didn't gain any back. now I'm on track again. listen to your body guys. we are all different.

I use my textbooks instead of dumb bells since my only pair is 2 pounds and that's not nearly enough. Does anyone else do that? Put their school textbooks to good use? lol

just did this workout. I recommend for people who are just starting to workout, and for people who are just getting back into working out. Use a weight that is good for you, not to light but not to heavy either. This workout got me sweating a lot and I am not the type to sweat a lot. I usually do an ab or arm workout, before or after this.

honey start with a weight that is challenging for YOU but doable enough that you are able to keep proper form and not strain improperly.

LOVE your channel you guys! I have a hard time with the curtsy lunges. Hope traditional lunges will do for this exercise!! its incredible. I would avoid strength training so much and only ever focused on cardio. your videos and sincerity have really helped changed the way i think about exercising! THANK YOU so so much

i just did this work out for the first time....I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ! Jumps Squats are so hard and exhausting. Looking forward to see how I'm going to feel tomorrow...

This is an amazing workout. I did it on Sunday and I felt it for the next 2 days ouch, but it's a good type of ouchie🤣😂! It's Wednesday today and I just finished doing this. Time flies❤️. I'll be adding this to my other workouts every other day. I looked great in my jeans yesterday🥰🙈😂🙌🤞

I love this workout! The only problem is I've been doing cardio and butt workouts for sometime and I measure it once a week and to be honest it is getting tone BUT it's also shrinking!!:O

it tightens and tones first and then it starts to grow! The glutes/legs need like a base to start with and then as you use weight, it'll grow ;) don't know if I explained that right but that is the basic concept!

Hi Ali, I see you said you see a difference. How long have you been doing the butt workouts? I did the sport track in the spring and my butt is as flat as a pancake now and very flabby:( Any advice?

ItsKeyanna I naturally have a small and flat butt. With Fitness Blender workouts I have noticed it has become more toned, and slowly more round. It takes time to see progress. A healthy diet combined with a well-rounded (no pun intended!) workout program will bring change to your whole body. Don't work your butt and thighs back to back; they need rest. For example, I only do this workout, or one like it, twice a week. The other four days are for different muscle groups, and one day is for rest. Focus on the fact that working out makes you healthy and more fit; a nice bum is just a cool side effect. :) Good luck to you!

Thank you for the advice!:) I've been doing fitness blender workouts for a while now but after I joined track my butt got very flat from running way too much! My diet consists of clean eating and has for a while! I'm very toned everywhere except my bum! I will try to do 2 days of bum exercises a week and the rest would be cardio and strength training!
