Started out getting sore from this just from 5 pound dumbells. Now Ive progressed to deadlifting 60 pounds and squatting 30. This workout is helpful, hope to keep progressing!

I did this workout yesterday...I thought it wasn't effective because I didn't feel very fatigued or sore...today is a different story and let me tell you my poor legs and booty are sooo sore lol. I'll be adding this routine to my workouts this month

from doing this workout along with other fitness blender workouts I've actually gained weight (muscle) my booty and thighs have gained inches, several inches.... I went up a few pant sizes. with that being said I'm happy with my results.

I have done this workout probably 10+ times now and I am so satisfied by how much I've grown. I used to not be able to finish one whole round of the jump squats and lateral jumps. Now I can do it with (somewhat) ease. I started with 20 pound squats and 30 pound dead lifts. Now I can squat 30 pounds with Kelly and dead lift 50 pounds. If you're just starting, keep with it and I promise you will grow. It's hard at first and you will be so so sore, but embrace it! It's sooo worth it! Thanks FitnessBlender

Update: The second time I did this, it was much easier to complete. Still sweaty, still shaky....but it was more doable. Now I can't wait to do it a third time, increasing the weight so that I can keep building muscle. This has to be one of my favorite FitnessBlender videos. I love these 30-minute videos that you guys have. Committing to a 30-minute workout is so easy. Motivation is way more attainable with FitnessBlender than it is with other workouts or boring/monotonous 60-minute cardio sessions on the interminable treadmill.

I just want to say thank you for such great workouts. I use a handful of various workout channels, but yours I’ve been most loyal to. I’ve been using your videos since 2014, and not only are your workouts awesome, with a wide variety of videos, I luv that I can count on your videos to give me a good workout, but the video is working out. So many videos the girls want to do a tell all video of what they read or learned that day and stair at themselves in their camera as they talk and do half ass workouts, on 1 side of their body, as if they hope to be discovered? It’s not all, but more than not. OMG! This workout was Fantastic! But not for the weak minded!! I’ve been on a 6 wk journey of working my lower body pretty good, and thought I’d give this brutal butt workout a try. And they are right to use the word brutal! My hamstrings were sore & in pain for 5 days after this workout! The moves really targeted my butt, and every angle of the hamstrings you can imagine. I’m currently doing another program I want to complete, but then I will incorporate this brutal butt workout into my routine every single week! I definitely recommend!!

If have knee discomfort I don't recommend doing these toes in and toes out deadlifts!! I did them and while it didn't hurt I was acutely aware that my knees felt off for a week after. just a warning.

A deadlift is easier to lift more weight compared to other things. I can only squat 40 lbs total comfortably but I can deadlift 70 pounds. You just have to start out small but also not be afraid of picking up something that might just seem too heavy, you got more strength than you think ;)

just did this workout. I recommend for people who are just starting to workout, and for people who are just getting back into working out. Use a weight that is good for you, not to light but not to heavy either. This workout got me sweating a lot and I am not the type to sweat a lot. I usually do an ab or arm workout, before or after this.

it tightens and tones first and then it starts to grow! The glutes/legs need like a base to start with and then as you use weight, it'll grow ;) don't know if I explained that right but that is the basic concept!

ItsKeyanna I naturally have a small and flat butt. With Fitness Blender workouts I have noticed it has become more toned, and slowly more round. It takes time to see progress. A healthy diet combined with a well-rounded (no pun intended!) workout program will bring change to your whole body. Don't work your butt and thighs back to back; they need rest. For example, I only do this workout, or one like it, twice a week. The other four days are for different muscle groups, and one day is for rest. Focus on the fact that working out makes you healthy and more fit; a nice bum is just a cool side effect. :) Good luck to you!

Man you guys, I did this workout last Monday and parts of my legs were sore that I never thought could be sore! I was sore for a whole week! And I'm back at it again on the following Monday. Thank you so much for this workout!
