I love Fitness Blender! The workouts are challenging yet doable and effective. I really do feel like I have a personal trainer in my home. I've been doing these workouts for 2 years and at age 52 after having 5 children I am in great shape! Thanks!

Even though this video is 3 years ago, the exercise moves will always be timeless. There are so many fitness youtuber's and i would say i return to your videos most often.

I honestly don't think my fitness level would have progressed to anywhere near where it is without your videos (but I still have a long way to go!). I hope you know how much everyone appreciates you giving us such awesome free videos. I have been working out for years (but got out of it for a couple years and gained a bunch of weight :( ....I realized when I started doing your videos that there were so many exercises and stretches that I had improper form on...Thank you for not only providing awesome workout routines, but teaching me as well!

I use the same weight throughout for my dumbbells as they're a pain to take apart but still get a good workout. I like the way Dan keeps explaining how to do each exercise correctly as (Kelly is performing each exercise). Well it helps me from injuring myself.

I LOVE this workout. I started using 2kg per hand and now i'm lifting 4kg per hand. I do it mainly because i want nice and toned arms and shoulders and it works. thanks guys!

I'm studying abroad so I didn't have weights to do the exercises but I'm glad I at least got through with the second repetitions of each section. I love your workouts!

This one was great, I did not feel like doing any type of cardio because my bum knee is inflamed and hurts... so I walked for about 10 mins at the park then came home and did this upper body workout. Glad I did! Got slightly warm and sweaty and I know my arms will be sore tmrw :)

Im starting today- warm up, butt workout with dumbbells by Kelli, this one, and stretching. Im using 10lb dumbbells I bought at Target. Remember to eat healthy and cut on sugar, fructose syrup etc. I lost over 20lb just by cutting on sugar and eating at the same time each day. Now I want to tone my body and loose a couple pounds. 😊 I love your videos! Gonna check in in a couple of weeks!

Great workout. I did 1-2 extra sets of each group because I felt that 2 were too little but otherwise love the format and style of these workouts. You're really the best there is on KZbin - followed by Hasfit. :-))

Loved this workout! I normally only do HIIT training with lots of dynamic movements. To add a little but more intensity to this workout I added 3 minutes of high knee skipping in between each superset. Thanks for the great workout.
