Ok, completed this workout! It was very tough. I've been breezing through the last 24 minute workout. In fact, I've added weights to that one. This one really kicked my butt! For some reason doing crunches and that crunch hold puts a lot of pressure in my neck. What am I doing wrong?
@tessao60888 жыл бұрын
All the crunching is suppose to be done from your abs not your neck. So maybe you need to relax your neck while you do it, keep space between your chin and chest
@carlaitie48188 жыл бұрын
Imagine holding an orange under your chin so you don't pull on your neck. Look at the ceiling.

so you can play your own music if you want to.
@djpeterabreu8 жыл бұрын
+Cass C. That's what I'm doing, but my phone won't play the video and music at the same time, so I have to use one more device
@theren83118 жыл бұрын
I prefer their videos without the music. It feels less of a gimmick and more professional/serious. Plus I get to hear him/her better, and feel more connected to the instructor, overall making it feel like they are there with me. With no music both sides can have it their way. If it had included music, those who don't want it, would have to completely mute the video, thus not even hearing the instructions.
