Been training for my first marathon. Injury in my glutes. This training made me realize how weak were my glutes. Physio told me to strenghten my glutes and this is perfect. Marathon wast fun!

So I just started working out again after taking months off and I couldn't finish this workout 🙃. I did set 1 and a little of set 2 plus the burnout round. This routine is not for the weak! Hopefully I can build up enough strength and finish this one soon!

Jello legs - check! Thanks for this great workout. I especially liked the sumo dead lifts and the staggered squats. I added a pulse on the bridges which gave me a little extra burn.

Anyone have any suggestions for if my arms/hands give out before my legs? I can always handle more weight/reps with my legs but my fingers and forearms give out on the weight much faster

When I’m lifting heavier, I use gloves to get a better grip (helps since I have smaller hands as a woman). Wouldn’t recommend for long term since your grip strength won’t improve, but I prefer that over callouses

Omg i am the only one that found it extra hard? I don't know, maybe the rest periods are too short for me but i've done other lower body workouts with u guys of 50,40, 30 min and yeah my legs are jello at the end but in this one i am in the 26 min mark and gathering my breath to continue like i literally had to pause the video..i am using 2 dumbbells 18 kg each

the straight leg deadlift is a great way to screw up your back!!!!! better use a very small weight if you decide to go with this exercise. or just regular deadlift much safer!

FYI. Might help somebody out there. Extreme straight leg DLs. Could this look anymore awkward? Well, yes. We are not made to do this. Was doing straight leg DLs for years, along with these guys. Developed weird tendinitis at hinge of my ass and hamstring. So painful! Didn’t realize was related. Did not resolve. Could not do lower body strength at all eventually. Started with RDLs as often as FB throws DLs, and pain quickly resolved, my hammies and glutes started firing up again, got better balance, and improved my walking and running gait. Still do FB, of course but dang if it doesn’t P me off every time they throw in another straight leg DL, which is practically every single workout, with no (very little?) comment on this issue. I’m no kinesiologist but dang if that seems unwise, with this perspective. I love these guys but if you want stronger glutes and hammies and it’s not happening, modify: RDLs instead than DLs, more weighted bridges at multiple angles esp. off a chair with high weight very slow, Bulgarian lunges as often as regular lunges, deeper squats than before, and in all that much slower movement and with firmer control than before, in as many reps in sets as it takes for exhaustion, back to back supersets no break of (at lest two, if not all): 1 1/2, 1/2, full extension, and/or pulse. Learned by osmosis from Carolin Gervan. Not recommending she’s better than FB but her technique is an excellent compliment.
