Sarah Holt can u tell me what Level 5 Hiit is?
@sarahholt17407 жыл бұрын
HIIT is high intensity interval training. If you go to their website, you can find all sorts of great HIIT videos that will give you a better understanding of that training style.

Christine Tao HIIT is high intensity interval training workout that works incredible for burning fat and staying lean and fit. It's just not suitable for everyone because everyone has his/her oun starting point.

I love the fact that you highlight the importance of listening to your body, respecting it and taking your own time. As a beginner, I always felt frustrated and often quitted working out because I couldn't keep up with the pace of some so-called "beginner programs". I'm happy that you encourage people to start from where you feel comfortable instead of harming yourself and hating exercise forever. All your videos are really inspiring, keep up the good work!

I always come back to Fitness Blender. This is the video that I turn to after a slump. Having completely given up movement and exercise for about 2 months due to work stress, I realized that it was taking a toll on my mental health. Quitting exercise was the biggest mistake I made. But here we are again, slow and steady, trying to get back where I used to be. Thank you Kelli! ❤

I'm starting with this one and plan to do longer workouts as I start to get more used to working out. I am studying computer science, so I really need this, since I sit down alot. Thanks for being so motivating! I sincerely mean it!

This is absolutely great. I never moved my body in this lockdown so I gained weight. Now I want to lose fat. So this is perfect for me to start getting fit. Doing this workout for a week i gained strength and now I can do cardio. So if you guys are very beginners like me then do warmup workouts like this move your body, get used to it and go for cardio, HIIT..... DON'T START FROM DIFFICULT ONE.

I'm glad I found your video. I've been working from home since before COVID and was overweight to start with. Being at home for a year has only made it worse. Plus, I have lower back issues and any workout that required getting down on the floor is out of the question. This workout video will allow me to tighten up some core muscles and get a good workout as I increase my endurance and increase the level of difficulty and, hopefully, work up to videos that include some floor exercises.

This is the only workout I've ever been happy to voluntarily do for fun. I've got RA and went on a month long train trip. At every "smoke break" I did this (or the parts I could remember) on the platform to keep from stiffening up. It worked really well. It helps especially with keeping up my shoulders' range of motion.

Hi Kelli, I starting a daily habit of working out at home and this video is my favorite, I play it over and over again. I wish you would make more 10-15 minutes beginners routines as they help so much, because you choose fun exercises, easy enough to do and you offer excellent explanations. Do you know how many times I have hurt myself with KZbin yoga poses or simple stretching? But I feel that your attitude of going very slow and with intention will hopefully protect me, this time. Please continue supporting us in the beginning! :)

I couldn't agree more that pacing yourself and paying attention to signals from your body are so important. I have always enjoyed working out and last fall as I was working toward a higher level of weight training, pushed a little too hard, causing frozen shoulder injury. i am close to almost full recovery and these types of exercises are just right as I am working myself back in to fitness. Thank you Fitness Blender, I enjoy your workouts very much and love that I can find a workout at every fitness level from low impact to HIIT to weight training..

This is amazing! I have had foot issues and have tried seated cardio, etc. Problem is, you have to really recover or else your arms are just overworked. This sequence not only moves the entire body, there is really no "pounding" of the feet, legs, or arms AND my heart really goes up to the .7-.75 range of max heart rate based on a the traditional and an alternatives I use from the U of Colorado and Northwestern .You can do this every day! Do this 3 x a day and you have a good half hour of aerobics exercise!!! Thank you so much!!!!! I have some nerve damage in one leg from a back injury/surgery so I'm not very coordinated...but with practice, this will also help to rewire my brain to my legs!!

My god music helps! I have a playlist I love that hypes me up and has songs that help push me for those last few reps where I'm thinking "WTF am i doing?? Why did i set myself up to do a backward lunge with 21 pounds per hand?!" (Seriously though, that descending rep leg workout is my absolute favorite of all time) It's mainly rock/alternative so artists like Muse, Primus, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Meat Puppets, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, System of a Down, Rob Zombie, Radio Moscow, Massive Attack, The Dead Weather, White Stripes, Alice in Chains, Pantera, Arctic Monkeys. Your gentle encouragements and my music get me through the days when I would much rather be sitting down pigging out on junk food. Sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you do, you've changed so many people's lives and we are all better for it.
