Regarding any changes in my weight or body - PLEASE remember that I'm a human being, I'm living in this body you are so casually critiquing, and I have feelings. I've had a rough couple of years with a chronic pain condition that I just haven't been ready to talk about yet. I know I look & move differently right now...Don't think that I haven't noticed. My whole life changed, but I can tell you that the last thing I am preoccupied with, is my bodyweight. Right now, I'm feeling the best I have in over 2.5 years. I am very grateful for that. I'm eating really well, working out smartly, and doing everything within my power to stay healthy, and continue healing. I do not care what I look like on the outside - all I care about is feeling the best that I possibly can. This is apparently what that approach looks like on me, at this moment. It will likely change again in the future. Honestly I just wish that we were altogether less obsessed with what we all look like, how much weight someone has gained or lost. I AM MORE THAN MY BODY. SO ARE YOU!! For a literal decade now, I've encouraged you guys to focus on making choices that make you feel good, over the way your body looks. I've encouraged you to watch your self talk, and to try to speak to yourself the way you would a friend who you loved very much. I would appreciate it if you could allow me the same during what has been a very challenging time. I am healthy, I am happy, and I am gaining my life back. That's where my focus is. FitnessBlender Kelli I am sending you my best wishes and prayers for health, strength and happiness. I’m very grateful you created this workout as I’m definitely adding it to my repertoire. I gained A LOT of weight over the past few months and my joints were problematic even before the weight gain, so I’m sticking exclusively with low impact workouts for the foreseeable future. The fact that you’re working to get your health and strength back makes you so much more relatable to me. I just really love and appreciate your and Daniel’s work. It’s been life changing for me to be released from the necessity of going to the gym to workout ❤️

Fun fact for those in the comments who forget: bodies are allowed to change over time. No one needs your callous, thoughtless remarks on how they look after returning from a break. Sometimes people just say things because they don't know better or don't know about your struggles, they only see your outward appearance. Krystal H when this video was posted earlier today, it was a barrage of people commenting on how they think she’s thin/too thing/“omg your weight”... a good dozen of the first 30 or so comments were all about her weight and not about how she’s back again for us or talking about the workout itself. Most of it’s died down by now but she pinned a message, which helped.

Krystal H I feel ya, girl! I think there are many reasons for it. 1. Anonymity creates a safe space for people to ignore their better judgment; there’s that “unleashed” and “free” feeling of just being able to say whatever without caring about how it affects someone. 2. Self-loathing manifesting via projection- people feel bad about themselves, so they take the opportunity to comment critically or negatively of others. 3. Misogyny 4. Cultural differences in what is and is not acceptable to comment on (weight being one of those topics)

I was 200 pounds at 16 when I started watching you. I'm 130 and 23 now. You guys changed my life and your exercises are the only ones I ever do when I workout, I've learned everything from you guys! Love you both

I have 1 question that I was hoping you could help me asnwer..did you have a saggy belly before losing 70lbs? because I do, so I was wondering if you have any noticeable extra skin now? I’m scared to drastically lose weight because of the extra skin after.

@@mirnaflores6543 I feel like everybody's body is different depending on where you gain the weight most and stuff like that. So if thats where most of your fat comes off from ide just do workouts targeted towards the stubborn belly fat area. And of course, you know Kelly and her husband have tons of workouts that are targeted towards a specific area you need help working on. I feel like for me, I just got stretch marks around my legs, but they're gone now. Dont feel discouraged, doesn't make you any less worthy to lose weight. Find what works for you, and starting here at Fitness Blender is a great place to start doing that. It's all part of the process, pay attention to your body and treat it kindly! Dont shame it for it trying to lose the weight for you! 💜💜 good luck

Hey Kelly!!! You have been a part of my day everyday for the last 4 years. I have literally never done anyone else’s workout. I hope you know just how much you mean to me. I know that there are tons of positive comments already, but I just can't hold my tongue and let this be. You are beautiful in every way shape and form and I love working out with you. I don't care what you look like. You are real. This is life and you are making it work the best you can and in my opinion, you are killing it!!!! I have worked out with fitness blender for years and part of what makes it special is how real you and Daniel are. You never say that the real life things that come up in our lives are just excuses to not work out, and we listen and feel encouraged. I'm sorry that some people can't do the same for you. I'm happy to hear that you're feeling the best you have in years because that's what counts. You're an inspiration and don't let anyone take that away from you.

I started fitness blender in 2016 and I lost 50 lbs. After 3 kids I was back to my weight in highschool. Unfortunately I didn't have the mindset you have pushed for me to have. I focused only on my appearance and not on all the strength and energy I had gained. I gained the weight back because I could never be truly happy with myself. I started a month ago and this time around I'm making sure to listen to your advice and love myself and who I am. I no longer want to worry about the number on the scale. You guys inspired me in the beginning and continue to do so years later. Stay strong Kelli you are my role model and I aspire to love myself the way you do. May god bless you both💗

I am really suprised to see comments about Kelli's body image. I thought the subscribers of this channel didn't care about how a body looks, but instead they were here to improve their health and body and not for superficial reasons. Anyway, I am so glad we have a new workout from you Kelli.

Hey Hun, I just want to thank you for being here for me. I am 60 now and have been faithfully taking weekday am cardio/weight/strength/step etc classes since 1995. It makes my day (even though I dread mondays). I feel icky on weekends if I am dormant. When Covid hit I knew I had to figure out something so I googled and found YOU! YOU have been a lifesaver. We started sheltering the first week of March (when I started FB). It is now mid July and I am still sheltering and getting up with you every morning. I first set up folders for M, T/T, W and specific like abs and put the type of routine I do for that day in each folder. now I just randomly click and stack 2-3 routines to get my hour of what I want for the day. Some days are real killers, others are a nice break. One thing is it is like going to class....you never know what the instructor will have you do. :} I was getting bored at the gym so this has been a real nice change for me. The only way I can really tell if it is an old or new program is by the style of your clothes (although always cute) and the counter/timers. I really do prefer the countdown clocks. When there isn't one I find myself trying to stop before the '5 seconds left' cue. That is cheating. Who doesn't cheat sometimes? I know in your older vids you commented on the heat in the garage, then you were inside. Not sure where you are now, but I would love to see you with your hair blowing in the breeze of a floor fan, like me. It is hot here too and I feel for you. Love your exercises. I did one yesterday I hadn't tried and it KILLED the outside/inside leg muscles with movements I hadn't done in a very long time (leg day). Keep up the good work so I can. With not paying for the gym I am trying to justify buying weights. Those vids are the hardest for me because I only have 3's (from somewhere). My arms are missing out on the strength department. Just wanted to tell you I appreciate you and now maybe I know why I had a hard time finding more recent vids, but I am loving rotating and looking forward to more. Stay safe and healthy.

Yesterday I did your 32 minute ultimate butt & thigh workout and this as my cardio after. Today I did an upper body workout of yours & then this straight after and my glutes are screaming. I started using your videos to workout at 16. 8 years later and you’re still one of my faves ❤️

Kelli- my body has changed over the years as I went through stages of extreme stress and depression. The worst part was how bad I felt and having people comment on something I already knew and was struggling with. Huge kudos to you for getting on screen in front of millions of people and getting back to it. It might be weird to feel proud of someone I don't know, but I'm proud of you. Thank you for being an amazing model for the rest of us, always writing and speaking about self-love and body image, and most importantly providing us with something that makes us feel so go about ourselves. Finding these videos a few years ago changed my life and my body and I'm forever grateful for that. You rock. End of story.

You shared that you were struggling so every time I see you make a new video, the thing that matters most is that you're able to do some things you used to do. I agree, the last thing I would be worrying about is my looks. Health is what matters most. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for whoever is criticizing someone's body... the REAL supporters wouldn't do that and only promote positivity for good health. Im so happy and proud of Kelly for coming back after an extended of time. You go girl!!! We all change and go through life set backs. It is no one's business to judge ones weight. I have been with you since 2015! 2 babies and a hip surgery later. I am hopefully back for your up and coming journey. I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia after a year of sticking through a long line of doctors. I hate that you have been going though all your troubles but its nice to work with someone who also has limitations too, yet still wants to show up for a workout complete. Sending lots of love!

I don't watch this channel to try and look like a model. I watch this channel to try and be the healthiest I can be after years of obesity and insecurity. Kelli, you look like you're in fantastic shape because you exercise like you're in fantastic shape. And the fact that you can do all of this with a chronic pain condition is mesmerizing. Good for you and I'm glad you're on your way back to feeling healthy :)

I have been doing the old videos and this one caught my eye today. I noticed something different about you. Yet, I just thought you looked smaller. So I paused the video the view the comments. I noticed that people were coming to your defense and that is a beautiful thing. You truly didn't have to explain anything and just giving a hint of it takes a lot of courage. I have been doing your videos going on 12 years this year and it has helped me tremendously. I made a comment last year and I usually just do the workout and get on with my evening. So this is my second comment. Take care of you first and foremost. I'm sure that your hubby is taking good care of you, too. Im way too fatigued to exercise these days. Once, I regain some energy I can’t wait to jump back in. The only exercise I get it walking around campus which is decent I guess. I can usually reach 10k steps or more. Welcome back :)

Hello Kelli, I am very happy to see you again on your channel, I was also going through difficult times and I also left my exercise routine and things that I liked, sadness and depression made me their prey, a few days ago I looked and I understood that I had lost really important things, but I also realized that it is never too late to start over, seeing you again encourages me to move on ... that matters if we lose or gain weight, the important thing is never to give up and continue regardless what others think of us, "I think that if people have nothing good to say, it is better to say nothing" ..... it is time to move! yayyyy !!

Every day feels like a battle to make smart choices. I knew I wanted to do something today, found this video on Fitness Blender's filtered video search, and BAM. Perfect. Just what I needed. I feel the blood moving, I feel good that I did something positive today. I feel motivated to make good choices for the rest of the day. So thankful for Fitness Blender!

I haven’t worked out since I had wrist surgery for a broken wrist but I saw this today and I felt ready to start! I need to skip some things and modify others, but I’m so happy to be moving my body again!

I don't have time to waste on reading comments, the only comment I care about is Kellis and I am happy that you are happy. Have not seen you in a while and I became worried and indeed your body changed and it shows struggles, but are here and it shows you are getting better. That is the only thing that matters

You are SO inspirational Kelly! My sickness was different than yours 4 years ago-it was simply just a terrible bout of depression that came from a change in my life. I gained about a 100 pounds, and have thought that I couldn't lose all the weight again. It's your story and these short little workouts that are getting me back to moving again. ❤ Thank you and Daniel for all that you do!

Kelly, I have followed this channel since I was in highschool and I'm 25 now! I'm happy to see you're back to filming. I noticed your hands are red and a bit swollen, and I understand you've been dealing with health issues. I myself have been dealing with a recent diagnosis of Lupus and gained a ton of weight, it inspires me so much to see you working through the good and bad. Thank you for being here for us and be assured we care about you as a person.

This has become my favorite Fitness blender workout! I keep coming back to this to get a good sweat on, with no particular heavy focus on any muscle group. This is the perfect recovery workout. At first I was quite intimidated by this channel because at my age (50+), HONESTLY, I don't think I can do it. After doing a lot of low impact/intensity and weight training exercises, I came back and tried one of FB's low impact and I am so happy and surprised that at long last, I am able to follow through (with a lot of panting, but its fine). Reading through the community & comment section, I find that almost all FB members are non discriminating/non judgmental sorts of people. Ms. Kelli just go on and don't bother with rash judgments. if its of any consolation, you're 100 times better looking than me.We, your loyal, long time subscribers, know what you have been going through. We don't find anything wrong with you, your weight nor your body. We're here for you and for the exercises that FB 's been selflessly posting. Keep up with the good work you do. Oh my days, this was soooo good I managed it all the way through. I feel like so much planning has gone onto making this workout possible for people like me who sometimes chooses to skip parts when it's too hard. I don't normally last long with jumping jackets but a squat in between was so much easier. Thanks again.

I love your videos and am very thankful because I utilize them 5 days a week for the past 7 years. I’m sad that people can be so negative and judgmental. It's so sad to see just how unkind people can be, most of them would never walk up to someone they don't know personally or even to a friend & say the disgusting things that they do online. I came back to my fitness blender workouts today because I am still recovering from a motorbike V car RTA 8 months ago that left my husband & I in hospital, me for a week him for 3 weeks with life changing injuries & we were only going 18 mph ( the car driver wasn't paying attention). Anyway I knew I'd find a workout suitable enough for me to manage with Kelli & I found this one & yes I noticed she looked a little thinner, but I wouldn't dream of commenting on it, I don't know her reasons & it's non of my business anyway. Welcome back Kelli, I wish you a speedy recovery & love your workouts, I find the pace is right for me (I'm late 50's) & I have always liked the reminders on form etc in all the workouts really helpful. x
