My fav of your workouts so far! I find myself cursing your name cause you're workin' me so hard! Those one handed pushups are amazing. Ive been going workouts for 20 years and have never seen those. So good!

Today was a great day for a no repeat full body strength workout! 💪 I do not sit in front of a computer all day, but I am a quilt maker, so I do spend hours bent over my sewing machine and cutting table. Because of this, the stretches for the pecs are just what I need, and they feel so good! Thanks, PJ!❤

This was tough, but awesome! I'm behind in the Challenge because I've had to take days off due to a current Lupus flare. But I'm sticking with it, just at my own pace, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I totally agree with the women who said this is their favorite Challenge so far!

Day 17 done! Yowza was this one intense! I used everything from my 5's to my 25's and I do believe I worked muscles I don't even have- LOL! I do tend to push harder and go heavier when I know it's just one round :) Thanks for a great total body burn!
