Whooo-hooo! This was challenging for me, but it turns out that I have more stamina than I gave myself credit for, and, because I train with PJ on a regular basis, I’m getting stronger as well. I used 8#, 10#, and 12# dumbbells. Kudos to Cassidy for being a good sport when being unmercifully teased! 😂 Re: toilet seat position. I don’t care who left the seat up or down. I’m just glad to have a toilet whenever I need one!😅 🚽 Thanks PJ and Cassidy!❤❤

Oh my word!!!! By round 5 I was rinsed!!! Managed the whole session with 7kg (15lb) (dropped down to 6kg for tricep kick back in plank). This was such an EPIC session, every inch head to toe was working hard and man could I feel it! Soooo good, absolutely smashing it PJ, another killer workout 💪❤️thank you!!

PJ workouts are like childbirth - you forget all the pain and struggle. I don't remember doing this last year at all, but i am all about the results. I'm stronger!! Ice skating was easier this year, my balance was better, my quads weren't sore. Win-Win!

Near the end of round two, I thought I’d never make it through five rounds. But you were right - it went fast. The next thing I knew, we were starting round five and then done! Can’t wait to see how many Intensity Minutes my usually stingy Garmin gave me. My heart was pounding! BTW, the answer to the toilet seat issue is for everyone to close the lid. A soft-close seat/lid is a game changer.

OMG! This was tough and when you said 5 rounds at the beginning I was soooooo tempted to pick another class! I'm travelling at the moment and only had access to 15lb/7kg weights which is usually 'my heavy' weights. I did round 3 with no weights and picked them up again for the last two. I wanted to add that it was so nice to hear your banter about Cassidy's family business because it kept my mind off the struggle!! LOL! You both are great! thanks, as always PJ!

Wow, 5 rounds of this brutal! I literally had to push myself through the last 2 rounds! My mind (and shoulders and thighs) was telling me I shouldn't have used the 15lbs for this workout 😅 But---as always!!!---it was sooo worth it, and I feel so good.❤ My muscles might not agree with me tomorrow or the next day though 😂

Day 8 Great workout today I started with 1O lb. weights and dropped down to 8"s for most shoulder moves. My left shoulder has flared up again on me. Thank you PJ and Cassidy

Shoot, sorry to hear about the shoulder. May I also recommend avoiding planks & mountain climbers too. Instead, sub in bicycle crunches, V sit and dead bugs. Let's give the shoulder what it needs right now, rest. OK?

I’m done! Every part of my body is achy 😩 and tired. I used 8 and 10 that felt like 30 and 50lbs. it certainly was intense and full body. I may be too spent to do my yoga class in an hour.
