I love using the bosu and stability ball. I wish there were more workouts using both but also using weights. I have scoured the internet looking for decent workouts. I have found only a few that I like. I absolutely LOVE yours! But I've done them all multiple times. Please add more! BTW I am a 56 year old patron subscriber, relatively new to your channel. You are, by far, the best that I've found for my fitness goals. It's so much harder to stay strong and in shape as I age. I can't give up. I need to stay healthy and fit for my self and my family.

Thank you, for theses bosu tips. My bosu sat in the corner for months after getting it out of the garage. I actually picked it up at a second hand store for $2.50. I don’t think people actually knew what to use it for. I used one at the gym, but not like you showed us.

Thanks for the great info! I love using my bosu and will incorporate some of these moves into my workout. I have subbed my bosu for a chair on days when I just wasn't feeling up to the full step up onto a chair and then back into a lunge.

very helpful! Going to make a list ( large print of course) and tape to my wall, so I can remember when to sub-in my bosu during your other workouts. thx! Do you have any user tips for beginners - balance, form, etc...?

Hey Brooks, keep your eyes on something stationary (for balance), knees soft (locked out legs make it harder to balance), and step on the centre of your dome whenever you can. But the best piece of advice... keep at it because you'll get used to it! Trainer's promise 😘

Did you or would you do a osteoporosis bosu ball workout? I can incorporate it others I do but I think it would be beneficial to use it to give more range and protect knees/joints etc.

Firm, but with some give when you step on it. BOSU recommends the dome to be inflated 8.5" high and not over 10". Hope that helps!
