Wow! Super fun workout, PJ! I don’t have a BOSU, but my mini trampoline and step worked great as substitutions. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! 😜 Fantastic way to get my butt moving before I sit on it for most of the rest of the day! 🤣 Thanks for being here and bringing us one great workout after another. 😘

I was really in the mood for a challenging cardio workout and this delivered. I am still not great on my Bosu, so I did as much as I could on it and did what I couldn’t do just standing on the floor. Made it all the way through and was so happy I did this workout ❤

Wow, that was challenging! I'm new to the BOSU, my balance sucks, I have wobbly ankles due to fallen arches, and my BOSU is a small one. Needless to say, I kept falling off! Still got the heart rate up, I'm dripping sweat, and feel amazing - thank you, PJ!

Holy Moly! I was so spastic on my bosu! Those repeater knees and lunges were so tough! At one point I had to keep doing them on the floor without the bosu. Loved it anyway! I am now a sweaty mess! Thanks PJ!!😅

sweating profusely and felt so good when it was done...heart was so happy to be working so hard... quads/glutes not so much. they complained loudlly. 😜 no bosu here but did try using a step. good alternative but i think a bosu will go on the christmas list.... we'll see what santa says. thank you!!

Noticed that I did this workout 5 months ago and I still have work to do on my balance. But at the heart of this workout were my legs... Holy quads Batman! Even though the squat pops were just squats...I still got my HR up to 152!

First time doing the entire workout on the dome of the Bosu ball. I was able to stay with it the whole workout I have neuropathy in my feet so no jumping for me. This workout had my heartrate up, I was sweating and my legs were screaming for this workout to end. TGIF

OMG. That was really hard! I couldn't do it all on the BOSU and had to use a step after the first circuit. I have "radical orthotics" (my podiatrist's description!) and found that my feet were hurting more than anything, as they were not staying in the right position for the orthotics when I was on the BOSU :( That's my excuse anyway - lol!

The BOSU can be really challenging on the feet! Perhaps try a couple of the drills with bare feet too. I find the BOSU is a gret tool to help increase the strength of the arches.

PJ- I share 2 things with you. I, too, had to wait for my allergy medication to kick in before doing this amazing workout. However, it leaves my mouth extra dry. I wish I could strap my camelback on for continuous water. ( lol 😆). 2: the love of Bosu. More, please. Mine is an extra high dome- so my hips, thighs etc are screaming at me right now. I absolutely HATE when you add another round ! It's a mental thing, stupid I know, but I mentally prepare my brain for something and then in the midst of a challenging sweat session you add more. Sorry but you'll lose me every time. I'd rather do 4 rounds knowing that up front then think its 2 but turns out to be 3. My old brain doesn't process that very well.You're still my favorite trainer though.
