Toughest tricep workout I’ve experienced. I started working out with PJ back in September 2021 when my health provider told me I was losing muscle mass. Since then PJ’s workouts have definitely improved my strength. I’m currently doing the 25 in 25 and feeling better every day.

Day 16 smashed it. My triceps are well and truly burnt out right now. I definitely could feel them during the seated tricep dips. Wow who'd have thought weighted exercises would burn and be so effective. X

Did this Day 16 after my walk...10 kilo and 7 kilo for chest presses and skull crushers and 4 kilo weights for kickbacks and my fitness ball for chest press...third time doing this one too :)

oh yeah. That gottem. I am finding doing 25 in 25 has taught me to ease off on too much cardio based fitness and do more focused strength. I am losing fat, gaining more muscle. My skin isnt as loose. So weird. I have been doing very hard hour long workouts and they exhausted me. Thanks pj

Love love love arm workouts….especially triceps. I didn’t find the “arm dip” exercise nearly as good or effective as this other one I’ve done of yours……lie on your back, knees bent. Hold aone arm with a dumbbell straight up above your chest, then support that arms elbow with the other hand as you bend the upright arm towards the arm pit on the opposite side. Wow. Felt it immediately and the next day. Thank you for all you do…..I joined the 25 day challenge and it has KICKED my ass and kick started my journey to fitness. Thank you PJ.

Just finished the "Tabata" aerobic workout and once again getting a good sweat - liked the "balance" part of the workout the best - had to modify the kick jacks as a little too intense for me - always learned to "listen to your body and modify" from past yoga classes. Broke my wrist last year and had to have it plated. Still not 100 percent so cant do the chair dips but was able to do these floor dips! I never thought to do them that way, awesome!

Sure to tone the jiggle doing your triceps w/o's. I can feel the tightness in these muscles. I had a lil trouble doing the seated dips, but I managed to get them done. Looking forward to #17 on Monday. Thanks PJ. Have a fabulous weekend!🙂💞💞

Oh boy! I used 10 and 8 lb weights. I may need to move up in weights, but in the mean time, OUCH!!!! I definitely felt and still feel it in my triceps!! Great targeted workout! Day 16/25 in the bag!

working out from my basement.... I have worked out with many programs and trainers over the years but yours are by far the best ever!! I never get bored because you include so many different moves and these workouts are sustainable. I'm just wondering if you ever jump rope in your training and what you think about jump rope training? Thanks for all the great tips and advice.. I've lost 15 pounds in a month and half :) I have recommended you to everyone!

I do jump rope... sometimes. It's the next day, going down the stairs, that I remind myself I need to do it more often so my calves don't shorten up so much 😂. But it's a great tool to add intervals into a workout, get the heart rate up and really boost that bone density. I totally recommend and have 1 or 2 on the channel (old ones). I'll add it to the list for future workouts too. OX

Felt the burn on that one PJ! PJ, you are always so helpful offering modifications, and I have a modification question. I often have neck issues, and I have to work really hard at keeping the back of my neck long when doing any exercise where I’m lying on my back. Is it okay to put a pillow behind my head to keep my neck long? Thanks! 🙏

Loved this. Totally zapped my arms, shaking and can totally feel them. But I'm gonna be honest, my triceps dont ever really burn, there's nothing left in them, but no burn. And next day no owchie burn, just tight, or a occasionally a small hurt at the elbow like I've bumped it. It annoys me silly..... I want them to burn LOL.

Day 16 done, I totally felt my triceps with the dips. I had a hard time getting my elbows to the ground each time. My mat kept slipping so I spread my hands out wider and felt it a bit in my shoulder. Is that OK? Great workout. My triceps are hot to the touch!
