I had planned starting the day working out. Instead of that I helped my son with his English homework and we finished the day working out together, sharing the dumbbells. He's getting stronger than me!

I think this was your best arms/upper body workout yet! I did it today on my birthday, and though I'm fast approaching 50, still holding on to the Over 40 Fitness channel! Definitely thinking of joining O.F.F. soon though, just have to siphon off the money flow to my adult children first 🤣

I agree. I am working through the 12 days of Christmas again and think this is one of PJ’S best arms/ shoulders workouts. I did it with 15’s,12’s 10’s and 8’s…Arms were toast afterward

I loved this workout this AM! I've been working out pretty hard this past week, and I was going to take a rest day. But I saw this and I couldn't resist! 😀 Thank you PJ, my arms and shoulders are pretty shaky, and I feel like I got a great upper body workout in 30 minutes, that wasn't too taxing on my overall energy.

I'm slowly working my way back to regular strength training and I'm really enjoying this series. Except for the thumb arthritis giving me a fair amount of pain....I'm hoping to find some kind of glove that will make it easier for me. Til then, I'll modify or just leave the move out completely. This was extra special, those iso holds were just awful, had to drop down quite a few weights to get those done. They look so innocent but they are pure evil. My arms and shoulders are toast right now. Brilliant workout. X

The calendar said this workout is 34 minutes. You would not believe how happy it made me to see that it’s only 30 minutes! That 4 minutes made all the difference. And yes, the arms are done.
