Fitting an RB25det into my Nissan 240sx Project

The RB25det neo is a massive engine for a small car like an S13. These RB motors were found in Nissan Skylines and Stageas and were never offered in America.
There are a few steps required to make this RB engine fit in a Nissan 240sx project car. Luckily all off the jigs I made have done their job and everything lines up quite well!
Small side missions include finding a new hood for my S13 and a new b18b engine for Seths Civic EK hatch build!
I spent the last 7 years building this 1990 Nissan 240sx from the ground up by myself. I swapped out the KA24e for a KA24de. Then once more for a RB25det neo out of a R34 Skyline and couldn't be happier. I have also converted the 240 to right hand drive, (which ended up saving my life!) After installing a few drift parts; such as a hydro E - Brake, and dual rear calipers, welded diff, solid suspension bushings and more, the car handled amazing. Surprisingly this S13 was able to drift and stay sideways perfectly despite the damage that was done to it.

At the start of this week I managed to get hired in a salvage yard for cars and since then I have been working my ass off doing small things here and there , because it's my first job , and because it's the first time I actually have gotten the chance to work on cars, a thing which I wanted for... years now. I must say , I truly truly admire your expertise and hard work , especially now that I know just how challenging it might be sometimes! You're the biggest inspiration for me and I hope I'll be able to do the same rad stuff you do now! Keep goin' , I'm more than sure you've got it! You're simply awesome , Mike!

Most people stitch weld chassis this is the only time ive seen someone run full beads on sheetmetal. Id just be careful like you said metal fatiguing happens i would personally stitch weld then if i wanted it fully welded come back later and stitch the gaps in between to spread out the heat more , less warping, and less fatiguing the metal 🤘

@03:18 nice work, you prob know. but just to share wisdom, there are 2 kinds of tap tools, a cutting edge tap tool and a chasing edge tap tool. one cuts new threads (ie. removes material) and the other just pushes material around to correct its shape. it does not remove or cut away material but it pushes and reshapes the metal that is currently there. this is perfect for fixing mangled threads. it maintains the integrity of the threads, but the cutting tap tools dosent care about integrity of the threads, all it cares is that it cuts away any material that is in the way to leave a desired thread shape and pitch, but if there is bent threads in the way, itll cut them out of the way. which decreases thread strength, a "chase" tap tool just bends the metal instead of removing it out of the way entirely. this is the tool needed for fixing threads. no hate here, just sharing wisdom ive acquired over the years of headaches and bloody knuckles lol
@PrizzaMike

I appreciate your advice from prior experience! Unfortunately I didnt have a chase kit, but luckily the threads werent toooooo bad 🙌

I used the Eastwood product on my frame rails... it seemed to work decently as far as coverage... no clue how well it will work to keep rust at bay... especially if there's already rust in there... I figured it can't hurt though! I taped a wooden dowel to the nozzle to give me a bit better reach... they were thin and bendable enough that I still could maneuver around obstructions, but it helped keep the little hose from wanting to coil back up.
