I run general tires on both my Landcruiser. Fantastic tires. I'm in Utah, US. I care way more about being able to air down well. Run a 15" rim on my FJ62 with a 33'' tire so I have a lot of rubber when I air down. Same with my 100 series. Really don't care about being a little slow on the high ways, or having less torque.

very nice presentation, certainly the advice from someone who actually knows how their tires work and why, was a highlight of the interview!

About a year ago I bought 32” General Grabbers (as fitted to last old generation Raptors) to my Everest and I love them as they’re much more comfortable on both tough Johannesburg and out bush sand roads or sand tracks.

On these type of videos think it is important to declare upfront if the tyres were paid for or sponsored

I just got rid of my Grabber at3 tires. For hunting with thorns these have been the worst tires I have ever used. And I tried hunting at 1.8 bar up to 2.3 bar and zero difference. I do understand they not 3ply wheels but for sidewall punctures they were horrible. Road noise was perfect, gravel roads were perfect but any thorns at all they are a no go. But I think these ones you are fitting will do the job

The softer ride feel is the result of 70 series tires, they have more sidewall flex than the 60 series you replaced.
